The best restaurants in Cricklade and Latton Wiltshire South West

We purchased battered sausages and this is the second time we've been served overcooked items (left in the heated area too long) to the point they were too hard to eat and had to be thrown away.

We booked for an 80 th birthday for13 last Sunday 22 Nd The staff were very polite and relaxed. The table was already laid. The waitress was very efficient. The food arrived altogether. My criticism would be was that it was warm , not hot. The price of the roast dinners was not cheap. I had beef which was supposed to be aged and a superior cut. This it wasn't. It was quite tough and stringy to eat. Two others had the roast lamb, which was quite gristly. Obviously not good cuts. My daughter and husband had the 3 meats which was more expensive. They said that they didn't have very much meat. Those who had vegetarian meals seemed to be happy.. That is our observations. Basically the roast meats were not up to scratch.. Otherwise the ambiance and service were good.

Had a great flat white and breakfast of avocado on sour dough, very nice and staff were friendly with fast service. food almost came too quickly!

Wedding coordinators both amazing. Prompt and professional support and advice. Food was better than some Michelin restaurants I’ve been to. Five star quality; amazing service and would highly recommend. Venue went over and above what was necessary from free coffee to supporting external vendors and accommodation

As I’m a northerner Harry Ramsdens is very close to my heart,so when I visited the one in Swindon I was a little apprehensive about what they would serve up. It was all superb,and the staff were so friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit.

My daughter and I visited yesterday for spot of lunch. It's supposed to be healthy as salad included. I had very little salad added to mine. Had to ask for more! The girl serving also had long dark hair and it was hanging over the food. What's happened to health and safety in food outlets these days? We were freezing once we sat down so asked if they could turn the air conditioning off. She replied 'in a minute' Others were mentioning how cold it was on entering too. We were there 20 minutes and she still hadn't so we left to sit in a warm car!
