Flattest pi nt of bitter I've ever had. Probably not a true reflection on the rest of the beers. They have a wide & varied selection. Suspect the barman wasn't paying attention!

Easy free parking outside, nice decor inside and helpful staff. Sat and worked inside for an hour, reliable WiFi and good range of food on the menu. Terrace out the front is a nice place to sit on a warm day - would recommend!

Limited menu, slightly expensive. Food is very good quality, large portions. Lovely view over the 18th hole

We went last night to celebrate my birthday. The food was excellent and served well although it felt as if a little understaffed as it was quite busy. However our waitress Aidan was exceptional. She has amazing people skills. She was friendly and efficient and was obviously the go to person for advice and was under pressure but that didn’t show whilst dealing with customers. Thank you Aidan. You are a star

Excellent food served with thought and care, even the garnish was delicious ! Coffee best I have tasted in a while. We will certainly go again.

Brilliant local chip shop. People are friendly and they cook the majority of items fresh. Their fish and kebabs are well cooked and the salads are fresh and crisp. I've used this chip shop for more than 60 years as I was literally born in Alvechurch. It has changed owners a few times but each time the new owners make every effort to keep quality high. I've never had anything below excellent from them.

First time eating at chopstix I really enjoyed it, I have the regular box with chow mein, not beef teriyaki and fire cracker chicken. I can't wait to find a chopstix closer to home. Only downside was the vegi spring rolls which just tasted average.

Convenient stop off with decent facilities

I could devote the whole review waxing lyrical about the most delicious Baileys profiteroles that I have ever tasted, but that would mean not mentioning the rest of the lovely, plentiful food and the excellent service which were received from Chloe, our server. There should have been six of us on Saturday evening, but two had to cancel due to illness. Our cancellation changes of numbers and pre-ordered food from the Christmas menu were dealt with very efficiently and our extra deposits were returned, when I quite expected them to be non-refundable. The restaurant was not particularly busy, but when we noticed that there was only one waitress we wondered if she might be able to cope. In fact she did a brilliant job. Chloe was friendly, attentive, very polite and carried out service checks without being intrusive. We had pre-ordered apple & parsnip soup, prawn cocktail and beef sliders for starters. All were delicious . We all had the turkey dinners which were very generous portions with a varied selection of vegetables. Again, lovely. For dessert we had the Eton mess and Baileys profiteroles. The Eton mess was scrumptious but the profiteroles were heaven on a plate. I was still talking about them on the way home! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit and will definitely return when we are next in the area.

Starbucks: Totally bloody awful. Food cold, coffee gross. In future would go somewhere else - Even KFC and that is as bad.
