Oh dear, microwaved rice (you can tell from the shape - just tipped put the packet!) and horrible shop bought nan bread - please don’t expect your normal fresh Indian nan with lots of lovely ghee. Shocking

It's a shop with a small cafe. Extensive healthy range of foods with organic locallu grown vegetables,

Not the best food and overpriced. Feels like a freezer to microwave kitchen.

Food was delicious, but unfortunately I felt very disregarded as a solo diner. Asking for a table felt like they were doing me a favour and I very clearly wasn't receiving the same level of service as other tables, quite disappointing.

I felt rushed even though we had pre ordered our food.

Pizza was so tasteless looked like it was made by a child.

Gorgeous place, all staff were friendly and helpful, food was beautiful!! Such a lovely cozy place to spend time!! All the food is made to order, best crumble I've had in a long time! Lovely atmosphere, loo was lovely and clean. There's a dartboard and they do lots of event evenings. And it's dog friendly too ❤️

Popped in for a pint & burger...usual Wetherspoons fayre - get what you expect at a very reasonable price.

although the decor inside could be nicer. Was lovely to learn of its history & to sit in the area outside. Limited basic (vegan) menu & only filter coffee.! The toilets were filthy, & had no paper. Steep incline to reach the cafe, fine for buggys & wheelchairs. Parking in the main town and about a 10-15min walk.

If you are reading the reviews to decide whether you should order from Hung's Kitchen, I would stop now and pick up the phone to literally any other establishment in Malvern..our usual favourite being the Star. Usually a mix up of an order doesn't warrant getting angry about, I only hoped this would be the case when ringing up, when this happened with our takeaway we collected. I think with even the bare minimum customer service skills, most can usually rectify a mistake without raising their voice and trying to blame the customer. You only have to scroll down below to another review about another order getting mixed up, I don't think it helps there are two different menus on the website offering the same items but both at different codes? surely it's more hassle for them as a company to run a business like this. You can take this review as someone being petty or unfair, I'm sure the owner will give a mediocre response as per the other reviews, wishing us well and telling us not to return perhaps, trust me we don't need to be asked twice.
