Great place for little ones. Reasonably priced and good drinks and food options with a friendly service. We would highly recommend.

We haven't eaten in this restaurant for over 12 months due to our very poor experience last time. We only went again as our granddaughter was hungry. Firstly the trays were dirty and hadn't been wiped. We then had to wait for someone to take our order and this was only done after our granddaughter went to the kitchen to fetch someone. Next there were no forks, probably due to the fact that most of the tables hadn't been cleared off. The teller said there weren't any clean one and proceed to collect some off the tables and took them to be cleaned. We then waited for approximately 20 minutes to be served. The food was very mediocre and nit value for money. Our general opinion is that the staff don't really want to be there and this is probably due to shortages.....After our last very critical review last year, we won't ever be eating here again...

Far to expensive for what it is. We had asmall and a large chivken kebab, for the ridiculous price of £21.60. For a few £ more, we could have gone to a restaurant. To be honest the food is OK, but grossly overpriced.

Took my order at 11:19pm had the confirmation text through and order never turned up tried calling at 11:50 no answer even though they shut at 12 took my money will be calling for a refund tomorrow

Do not order from here. Food quality and hygiene issues clearly. Sent us the incorrect sundaes and then were asking for us to send them back for a refund after we had opened the sundaes instead of resending us the correct sundaes. Manager and staff are incredibly rude. If they think they were going to re sell the sundaes that were opened that is utterly disgusting. Im pretty sure that is against food saftey to be doing that or asking back for an order they messed up and then refusing refund when we mentioned we opened the sundaes. Of course we had to open the food to check it. The level of incompetence is un matched.

Great experience the carvery is well prepared a good proportion of meat is available an the atmosphere is very friendly and helpful caring staff would recommend very good place to dine out

Customer Service was awful. Drop my money on the floor and as i handed it to her and said it was my fault. I couldn’t find the money and vstill hsd to pay, i will be coming back here again

Stopped at Keele especially to have a KFC. There was no food available at all. After finding the Kidderminster branch closed when it should have been open the previous day, this really was the icing on the cake! How do KFC manage to stay in business, when you can't actually buy anything! Rubbish.

The spoon for their soup was very flat. No pepper for the soup either. They should keep a few sachets of pepper if they are going to sell soup.

Hour and half still not here and when I call them it’s user busy joke could of made popcorn chicken my self in that time

gets it right every time never had an issue here. pizza is always perfect even mine which i make a lot of changes on. Don’t order from here a load but it’s always a treat when we do

Awful. Cold poached eggs and cold toast for one meal. The 2 other veggie breakfasts came without butter/spread and was missing half of the ingredients....£6 for 2 veg sausages a hash brown a brown dollop of avacado and 1 slice of dry cold toast. Won't be coming back...£17 wasted.

Terrible experience. After nearly two decades in the hospitality and catering industry I can safely say this was quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever encountered. I've never written a negative review about anything before but felt compelled to do so in this case!!! Whoever is in charge of this establishment may seriously need to give their head a wobble and re-evaluate their chosen career. Shocking customer service to reslove issues to add insult to injury. Highly advise to avoid like the plague.
