The best restaurants in Coleshill South North Warwickshire West Midlands

The staff there are amazing. I dropped in at 10.30 with a couple of work colleges for half an hour and a coffee and we stayed until 3. Honestly the food was great and again, the staff made us feel so welcome.

Food cold,missing drinks etc…never ever again

Breakfast want bad but the attitude and rudeness from the staff make the harvester a bit further down the road more appealing,

Absolutely disgusting get ur order wrong and when u say u want ur meal replaced because it’s missing items and u don’t want to wait 30mins for main part of ur dinner to show up they start to get angry … so they request the whole meal be returned… not unreasonable but hey this is a Chinese place I bet one of you got my old Chow Mein after I sent mine back … the chicken balls I was sent back was undercooked and soggy batter inside .. and the chow Mein the chicken was hard in it.. don’t know how but it was revolting 🤮 and they missed out my curry sauce this time around! 😂🤣didn’t bother phoning again binned the lot and cooked food . I will never eat from here again it’s been declining for months now this is the last straw TOP QUALITY CHINESE IS WOK N ROLL.. only issue it’s busy and takes a while also quite pricey

Went for lunch, sat at table still covered in dirty crockery, was busy so gave them a chance to collect, at least 20 minutes had passed,still not collected, so I very politely asked the table cleaner if she could clean our table please, in an abrupt manor she replied, "I've got 4 more tables to clean before yours, so we waited again, I could clearly see by then she was not clearing our table on purpose because as soon as someone had finished she cleared their table straight away, so we was still sitting there with a dirty table with long black hairs on with our drinks, I could see the girl standing about talking as well and still didn't clear our table, eventually another girl came and cleared it but she came exactly the same time our food came out, and they said just in time, but I said the table hasn't been cleaned now with a cloth, I was totally ignored, so the table was still dirty from the previous people, we felt most uncomfortable, I don't think this is acceptable when you have spent good money, I am sorry to say I will be very reluctant again, I am not a stranger to the place,I have frequented the place quite often, I have given two ⭐⭐ for the two meals we had which was good, just a shame we had to be treated like that and sat on a dirty table, some of the table staff need to freshen up on their people's skills and show some respect. I didn't complain at the time as just wanted to get out of the place.
