Was really looking forward to afternoon tea based upon photos I'd seen online...in particular the deserts. I was very disappointed. The bread wasn't fresh, the scones were not freshly made, just warmed up - hard on the outside. And the lovely deserts were not. A piece of plain looking sponge, a piece of brown sponge with green icing and a brownie.

Went here last Friday evening with my partner, it was fantastic. The food and drinks were amazing. But it's the staff that added to a fantastic evening. They were so attentive, but with smiles and banter. (I love a bit of banter with foody staff when I'm out). Definitely would return and definitely recommend. 5 star team 🌟👌.

I ordered from the Redditch town centre, 17/10/2024 and when i had heard they was bringing back out the McRib after so many years, i was over the moon! i couldn't believe it! my favourite thing from the menu and they was bring it back out. Well my 2 McRibs arrived and i had never been so disappointed in my life! the meat was thinner than Rustlers and even Quicksters Rib meat! and the McDonalds rib was tasteless with literally a drop of bbq sauce on each one! the only flavour i got from it all was the bun. I ended up throwing one McRib in the bin and the rest of the other McRib i put in the bin as well. Honestly... i would rather McDonalds have not brought it back out again, it was not like how i remember the Rib or how it tasted and for the price, it's honestly better to just go to the shop and buy a Rustlers or a Quicksters at the least.. at least they have flavour and are good for the money.

Do not order from here. Can not ring and order specified requirements and if normal order, we have waited over an hour and specified under 40 mins. What a joke

Pretty appalling really. Ordered through the drive through. I can’t believe I paid £9 for a double bacon burger meal. It was tiny.. and I had 11 chips. Who puts cold bacon on a burger? Very disappointing

What an appalling service. We placed an order which took 45 minutes to be delivered, apparently this is an acceptable time, an item was missing, refund of £1 offered and the whole order was cold. The customer service is a waste of time. All responses are automated with no consideration for an individual or circumstances. I am then told ‘let’s hope you have a better experience next time!’ There will not be a next time I can assure you. Disgusted on how poor this service is.
