Havent been to the bradford arms for a couple off years, but pleasantly surprised with the quality off the food today, look forward to returning

I am very disappointed with my recent order on 28/12/2024. I ordered a chicken rice box meal, only to find that the French fries were stale and the rice and chicken were not fresh. This is unacceptable, and I expected much better quality. I won’t be ordering again. No more ordering from here, no more regrets.

Poor service, ordered online, took 90 mins for delivery and still missed an item off. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Got egg fried rice and curry sauce

I’ve been trying to find the branch at Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham road . Casa De Burrito. Just had to leave a review for this branch’s food . Absolutely APPALLING! In a nutshell . Waited an hour for it , to be delivered stone cold and dried out . To top it all my eldest who had the tacos now has diahorrea. ! NEVER AGAIN!!

Un cliente habitual aquí durante muchos años. Siempre faltan artículos que siempre he dejado ir. Esta noche me estoy perdiendo un artículo y llamé hasta aquí que no se me reembolsará o se me volverá a entregar. El colmo para mí. ¡Mi costumbre irá a otro lado a partir de ahora!

Rude server , asked if they could do me a fresh cod , clearly too much trouble member of staff started to mumble as I left. Instead of saying of course we can do you a fresh one, although these came out 7 mins ago would you like one of these

Solo fui porque mi aplicación Vodafone me dio una bebida caliente gratis y un rollo de tocino o salchicha. Los rollos estaban en el mostrador y hacían ping en el microondas durante unos segundos. Presumiblemente rollos blancos y tocino previamente congelados de origen desconocido. El café estaba bien, pero el rollo era solo comestible. No se ofrece azúcar ni ketchup, y ninguno es visible en ninguna parte. Las salchichas se veían bastante asquerosas. No pagaría por nada desde allí.

Placed an order in Foodhub at 18.44 the delivery time was 90minutes. 90minutes passed so rang China wok young lady answered the phone I explained I was chasing the order. Asked to hold the line. Ten minutes later the phone was hung up without anybody speaking to me. Tried the restaurant 97 times continuously engaged eventually it rang and was answered told to hold the line again only for the same to happen again!!! Food eventually turned up at 22.25 part of the order missing tried to ring restaurant to inform them guess what engagedagain. Raised complaint with Foodhub tonight they have contacted the restaurant they are not prepared to reimburse for food missing from my order and no apology DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ON ANY FOOD HUB. The delivery time never changed all evening absolutely disgusting There is no customer service No contact directly with me from them despite them promising the manager would ring me all week. Terrible customer service Will never use them again !!

Desayuno definitivo, que desperdicio de dinero bastante justo no como setas o pudín negro, así que dije que no las quería, llegó la comida y no lo que pensaba 3 salchichas quemadas, 2 huevos rotos o duros, 2 tocino masticable , pregunté por qué no había tomates y me dijeron que tendría que pagar extra a pesar de que no tenía pudín negro o setas, creo que fue un poco malo así es como se me entregó , absolutamente basura no recomendaría el desayuno definitivo ya que creo que es una estafa.

Ages for the food to arrive . They don't seem to clean up here , mess everywhere, disgusting toilets. Not at all good.
