Very clean 5 star food hygiene. Phoned order ahead and was waiting for me at the exact time. Friendly staff. Had the Tuesday deal 15” pizza for £10 and just what you want from a takeaway pizza. Plenty of toppings, good base and hot when collected overall really nice. Wish they offered garlic and herb dip not just the garlic mayo would be 10/10 then!

We booked a table for our Christmas meal. We were a large group (25) and inspite of there being even more of us (30 plus a baby and a pram) on the night the staff were very accommodating. The staff were very friendly, helpful and chatty all night even though they were literally rushed off their feet! Great customer service plus gorgeous tasty food - can’t ask for more than that! It’s definitely one of our favourite Indian restaurants. Thanks so much for a great night!

Really nice place but a couple of times now people who have come in after us have got their order before us. One time the other customers had tea so that's understandable as tea is quicker to make than cappuccino. But the other time a group fo 10 cyclists arrived after us but got their orders first, even though there were only 2 of us. I can only guess that because you pay at the end, they prioritise the people who are ordering more. Catering to larger groups or bigger orders just because they'll pay more is wrong. Other than that the servers are nice and the cafe itself is nice with a relatively good variety of drink

Ok but not great. Two dishes tasted the same. Not like it used to be. I won’t come back, we’ve had two lots of take aways now which weren’t as the food used to be, which was excellent. It’s just ok now.

Went to order at this branch, the same order as we've done before a few times. With one allery to cater for, we have to order over ther phone rather than online. So ordered on the phone. (A order of 3xmed pizza - 1 mighty meaty, 1 new yorker & 1 create your own, vegan cheese/tomato/chicken + sides). After ringing, somoene picked up, then a few moments into starting the order, I was asked if I could wait a minute and they would continue to take the order... 12 minutes later and no one had come back. So I hung up and decided to drive to the store instead, hoping it'd be quicker. After arriving, I go in to the desk and started to give the order to the guy that was behind the till. I gave him the first two pizzas for the £26 meal deal, then just as I was about to give the sides - he asked 'what's the second pizza for the deal' - realising he must have missed the first one, I went back and gave him it again. Only to realise he'd written down the original pizza down wrong too - he appeared annoyed with us even tho he seemed to be concentrating on something else as we were giving the order originally. So he had to go back and do it all again - this time I heald out my phone, which I'd already written out a copy of the order, in the hope that might help make it simplier for him. However, halfway through, as he was putting the sides in, he just turned away from the till and walked off without saying anything. Presuming he would be straight back. But, after waiting 5 minutes, seemed like he wasn't coming back, so I called over to another member of staff who was making pizzas to ask if they could help (For the accuracy of this review, that guy never returned and I never saw that guy again whilst I was there). This lady had to start the order again from scratch, it was all fine as I read each bit out, but when we got to the pizza for allergen sufferer - she said that they can't do a create your own with vegan cheese. Confused, as we'd ordered this pizza, not only from this branch before - but from two other branches elswhere, I explained this and said that we just wanted to order that same pizza as before. Then another girl came over, I pointed out this was an order we'd had from here before and from elswhere - she first said I must have been becase I was getting it confused with a different chain. Despite pointing out a previous order on my phone. She said they aren't allowed to change cheese for vegan cheese, even for an intollerance or alergy. Despite asking why this was the case, didn't really get a clear answer apart from the system tells them that they can't do it, so I realised I wasn't going to be able to order the normal pizza with them as we'd done before, so asked if could just order a standard pepperoni instead from the menu but swap out the cheese for the vegan cheese. But even this she said they said they wouldn't do - the only thing they could offer was to sell us 'a pizza without any cheese on' instead?! Obviously, I didn't really want txo leave the person that order was for with just a plain pizza base decided to leave. But haven't every quite has an experience quite like it, espeically over what was nearly half on hour of trying to just make an order. Appaling service, from being forgotten about on the phone, the really rude guy who served us first and the issues at the end (even to neither of the ladies were rude) but not being able to offer the intollerance safe pizza we'd order from them and other branches before. Walked away not ordering anything this time, just kinda shell shocked at how abdurd the whole visit has been - genuinely felt like we'd stepped into a slapstick comedy show. Whoever is managing that store, needs to put some despereate effort into training and helping that team. (PS. Ended up going to M&S at the nearby services and got 2xLarge pizzas and 2xSides, for (£12) less than half the price of Domino's medium deal with 2 sides (£26))
