The best restaurants in Windhill and Wrose Bradford Yorkshire and The Humber

Came Xmas day and didn’t rate it unfortunately. The food was very average (turkey dinner) full of rowdy drunk families swearing and the staff although I can’t blame them really didn’t want to be there. It cost us £180 in total for three people with two drinks each I definitely will never eat out Xmas day again, would expect 5* evethtrying for this price. Also another note you’re meant to get two hours we were rushed off after an hour and a half and our starters were on the table as soon as we walked in not an enjoyable experience

Lovely traditional fish and chips. Just the way I like them. The fish was beautiful and white and it was a nice thick piece. With very tasty batter.

Cracking Chippy, great traditional fish and chips and marvellous fresh cooked breakfasts! The owners are the loveliest of people, always gives the kids a lollipop and Kitkat when we go in. Can’t wait for them to open again, missing those breakfast sandwiches on a Saturday morning! Hope they are well and will be open again soon!

The pizzas are just heavenly! Since first order a few month ago I've now ordered several times. Absolutely love the food and amazing staff.

Una encantadora cafetería con un menú a un precio muy razonable. Mi amigo y yo tomamos la sopa de patata y puerro con un rollo. Fue muy buena relación calidad-precio y nos llenó. El Bothy definitivamente vale la pena una visita para cualquiera, que se encuentra en Shipley y en busca de una comida a un precio razonable.

We visited this takeaway during our trip to Bradford over the weekend and it did not disappoint! We ordered some curries and have previously had smash burgers from here and everything was delicious, even after a 2 hour drive home!! I thoroughly enjoyed my Cheesy Garlic Naan and Chicken Korma and the Onion Bhajis are to die for! The takeaway staff were very polite and friendly, they even threw in a few freebies! Thank you once again for such lovely food and a wonderful service. Would highly recommend!!

Never ordered from here before very disappointing. The pizza base was not stone based and was very chewy. I appreciate that the roads were icy, so delivery took 1 hour 15 minutes

There are not many takeaways that read the notes when ordering, but Gaisby always put my chilli sauce separate as requested. Food is great, as always. Thank you!

The room was large but quite shabby and outdated. Mould covered almost every wall in the bathroom. There was stains over the carpets in the room. The room was freezing with no additional heating system appart form the small radiator. The main issue was the shower, it was just a little dribble. Once highlighted to the staff they did get on to it quickly and reported that it was back to full power, although it was improved it was still a weak dribble. They offered a room change but we were away all day so unable to move. Overall, not a great place to stay, not good value for money but could be worse.
