The best restaurants in Hessle East Riding of Yorkshire Yorkshire and The Humber

Absolutely love this place. Bought some stuff to take for a picnic, my god the rare beef sarnie is delicious! Love that you can choose what bread you have also. Great prices on all the other bits such as sausage rolls, Scotch eggs and pies. We got abit of everything and was a very reasonable price. Don't mind waiting in a long que for lovely quality food. Only thing I will say is the chalk boards can be abit much to look through, almost too much going on to choose what you want, but generally if you know what sarnie your after I think they can just make it up. I got a rare beef, horseradish, lettuce and onion in a white roll, this exact combo wasn't on the chalk board but no problems them making it. Will 100% be back here time and time again. Thank for the delicious food.

We were looking for some were different to have Sunday lunch. We certainly made the right choice. The staff were friendly and the surroundings were very welcoming. We ordered at the vegetable soup for starters, when it arrived it looked perfect and appetizing served with a bread roll and butter. On tasting the soup was nice and hot and completely full filling a perfect starter. The main course we ordered was a traditional roast with beef our choice of meat. Our main course arrived and looked delicious the presentation of the food on the plate looked perfect. Once again the food was hot and really satisfying in fact wonderful. We were eager to try a starter even though we were edging towards very full, never mind let's ' Push the Boat Out'. We ordered treacle sponge and custard. It arrived steaming hot with a generous jug of custard also very hot. On indulging on our desert it was lovely and we did not want it to end. All I can say is we believe we made the perfect choice, and would like to thank the staff at The Hase for making our Easter Sunday very enjoyable. It won't be long before we will be visiting again.

Went out with friends to celebrate 🍾 birthday 🎂. Venue was excellent, clean and comfortable. Music not to loud. Toilets very clean and tidy. Food was superb. Coffee was top notch 👍🏻. I am not easily impressed, I will recommend Villa Natura to family and friends.

I you are in the area, this cafe is well worth a visit, superb food and excellent service, of course I will be visiting again - recommend the All Day Breakfast! One of better experiences, well done!

It's slightly disheartening to hear of other people getting a service with a smile, I've been numerous times and never received that kind of welcome, and after my family's last visit we decided we wouldn't be going back as the sandwiches were not that good

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who described the food as the best Italian he’d eaten in a long time, he wasn’t wrong. I had the scallops and the seafood linguine, both of which were superb and delicious. The service was excellent and I will definitely be making a return visit

I love their food !! Been on a diet since Jan 1st 2024 .. lost 50 lb and on day 363 - it’s Happy House as my 1st takeaway this year (2024) I would go nowhere else : ) Outstanding !

Family ate here as part of New Year's Eve celebrations last night. We all chose from the banquet options which suited everyone. The food was fantastic. Plenty of variety, delicious hot food. Good atmosphere, as very busy but despite this, the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. They worked very hard to make sure it was a good night. Thank you all. We all felt that the Stanley is the best chinese restaurant we have ever eaten at ad will certainly be back.

Booked last night in Hessle - used to come years ago - was surprised how thin the pork was in the katsu- used to be thick , with very little veg, chicken sizzler also disappointing with how thin the meat was , £80 quid with two drinks - not justifiable these days. It's not fine dining. Pinging of microwave in back ground - the staff could crack a smile - the atmosphere is just non existent - this will be the last time for us.
