The best restaurants in Myton Kingston upon Hull, City of Yorkshire and The Humber

First time visiting, nice feel and vibe about the place. The staff are very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, great knowledge on all the dishes served and quality for and drinks also. Top night all in all definitely worth a visit

Absolutely superb meal. Out for a birthday and my son booked this. Wonderful location opposite the cathedral and a great view from the first floor dining room. All the dishes we had were simply excellent, the meats were cooked to perfection and the side veg dishes were exquisite. Will definitely visit again when we're next in Hull, wish we had something like this in Cambridge. Finished it off with a visit to to the bakery and bought croissants which we've had this morning. These were great too.

Top quality food , the Sundays dinners are amazing and they also do very good burgers. Good choice of beers and great customer service. Dog friendly also.

What a hidden gem. We had been in Hull for the theatre and stumbled this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, and plentiful. We will be coming back next time in Hull. It does look a bit dated inside but is exceptionally clean, so don’t let the looks put you off

Visited for my daughter's birthday. The place was almost empty but it didn't put us off. Great menu and the burgers are awesome, so tasty. Staff were friendly and there's a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Esta es la primera vez que hemos estado en este restaurante, y será la última! Teníamos los chefs pollo especial. El pollo estaba duro, demasiado cocido e insípido. Nos quejamos con el gerente, que intentó decirnos que era 100% pollo, por lo que es duro cuando se cocina! ¿Qué? Qué montón de bacalao viejo. Está claro que el chef no tiene idea de cómo cocinar. Este gerente se negó a aceptar que la comida era una basura total e insistió en que paguemos la cantidad total. Fue grosero y no tiene ni idea del servicio al cliente. Sin embargo, lo que no se dio cuenta es que no nos cobró por las bebidas. En realidad íbamos a hablarle de las bebidas, pero debido a su rojez, y porque intentó decirnos que era 100% pollo por lo que será difícil cuando se cocine, nos lo guardamos para nosotros. ¡Esto no compensa en absoluto la comida extremadamente deficiente, pero nos hizo reír! I tried the biscoff cake. I can only say it was extremely delicious. Very gooey interior, a very slight crisp on the exterior topped with a biscoff. What a delight! Went back a few days later to get 3 of the other different kinds for some children. She wrapped them up individually with cute bows. The kids loved it!!

I’ve been wanting to go to Kingston’s for months but never had the chance as the food always looks and sounds incredible. I managed to make it down last Friday and was definitely not disappointed, the sandwich filling was perfectly balanced and really generous and the Victoria sandwich cake was huge and delicious too. I’d suggest everyone go here whenever they can, vegan or not. I can’t wait to try out everything else in store now! Service was super friendly and straightforward too, overall a great experience and I’m already looking for a time to go back!

Our first visit to this wonderful place! The food was amazing (I had a vegan chickpea stew) which was incredible. The decor is great and this place is dog friendly also. We will certainly be visiting again!
