Enjoyed such a lovely dinner here at TUTTI , the food was exceptional and the service from Francesco was really good and honestly made our night perfect . I had the Pici pasta and can certainly say one of the best pastas I’ve had here in leigh on sea . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting leigh on sea if your a food lover like me .

Lovely and quiet as it was snow day

We have attempted to book here twice with family. On the first occasion, we turned up and the gas wasn't working in the kitchen. No one had called us and let us know so when we got there we had to find somewhere else to dine with the kids hungry. On this occasion, I had booked a table for fathers day on the Thursday at 6am. Someone from the restaurant then called me on Friday at 5.30pm to tell me that our booking had gone through online, but there was no table allocated. The woman on the phone offered no alternative time for the booking and simply said with a rude tone that there wasn't anything they could do. When I asked why they'd left it nearly 2 days she said you only booked yesterday anyway. This has left us with no where to eat to celebrate fathers day. Due to this terrible service, we will not be choosing to dine here again.

Ordered from here last night as my local let me down, i had the munchies like a mofo and all i can say is this place delivered, my milkshake definitely sorted my thirst out and the cake was to die for, and even better the delivery driver was a hottie instead of a normal fatt greasy man, definitely will be ordering next time im high🥴🥴😉

Have used lasani for years and always nice. Last nights was tastless, bland the chapattis were heavier than usual and flourery. Dont know if change of chef or what but dissapointing

Me and my partner went for a nice evening meal out after travelling for 20 minutes. Only to be turned away as we weren't staying at the premier inn, however nowhere on their website does it state this. In addition I tried to call before turning up to see if there was wait time, no one answered when we arrived it was completely dead, so feels off no one bothered to answer.

I won't be visiting here ever again. The food wasn't fresh - cold and dry fries and burger, despite it being very busy. The restaurant was dirty but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. I went in to change my baby to find excrement all over the toilet and lid. It had clearly been there a long time.

“As a KFC employee myself, I must express my disappointment with the food and customer service during my visit. Firstly, the zinger in the burger I received was not fully cooked. After informing the staff, I was given a replacement burger, which, unfortunately, contained a hair. When I reported this issue again, the staff member at the front counter, an older lady, appeared to have a meltdown. Her behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory, as she made inappropriate remarks and mocked me in front of her colleagues, assuming I would not understand. She accused me of finishing the entire burger and falsely claiming there was an issue with the food, despite the clear evidence. Furthermore, she struggled to form proper sentences in English, making communication extremely difficult. I wonder how she was hired for a front-of-house role when effective communication is essential for providing good customer service. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning in the future.”
