Offered a free garlic bread with cheese but it never arrived with the meal.

Sat for an hour after ordering food and still waiting. Service extremely bad would not recommend. Staff extremely unhelpful. The mill for the tea was off.

What an amazing experience. Hananh who served us was incredible, very professional, so helpful & cheerful. A credit to the team. My wife is in a wheelchair, nothing was too much. Food was brilliant, great value.

Popped in here for a quick drink and a bite to eat after having a test done at the Diana Princess of Wales hospital Grimsby. It's a large spacious restaurant in the hospital it's caters for the hospital staff and the general public, its very clean warm,well lit and thoughtfully laid out. Offers a wide range of hot and chilled food including cakes , snacks and hot and cold drinks. Has a really good salad bar. I found the quality of the food and service good,however the price's are quite expensive more akin to those charged at motorway service stations.(NHS staff get their meals at a discounted price).However the foods good and if you want a hot meal this is the only place on site which serves one and there's plenty to choose from. It's easily accessible from the hospital and has restrooms which are clean and tidy,however I didn't see a restroom suitable for the disabled which was a bit of a surprise considering it's location. Nice place to eat wether at the hospital on business or just visiting. As you would expect it has a 5***** food hygiene rating. Update November 2022. Had a meal here today while visiting the hospital, a nice selection of hot meals were available, I chose kung po chicken, fried rice and prawn crackers accompanied by a mug of tea. The portion sizes weren't huge but sufficient however the quality of the food was very good, nicely spiced. 😊 I paid £8.40 for my meal and tea. The service and staff were quick and friendly.

Fantastic place to eat and drink. The waiter Fred tended to all our need in a professional and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend this place

We ordered from here due to a thumbs up from someone,I ordered beef curry and chips my partner had egg fried rice,chicken balls,and sorry to say it was absolutely terrible the chips were cold the beef was chewy the sauce was like water.The chicken balls were cold and also chewy the rice was cold we the whole order was like it had all been heated up and delivered we will not be ordering from this establishment ever again.

Over an hour for the most disgusting box I have ever experienced in over 20 Yrs of ordering. Horrible horrible horrible and disgusting and inedible. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Originally told it would be 45 mins. 2 hours later my food arrived. They say good things come to them that wait.......not in this case. Food tasted awful. Curry sauce was like water. Could not identify any of the meats. There was no taste to any of the dishes. I've never left a review or complaint before but I felt others needed warning about this chinese

I placed an order with just eat , and did not receive what I ordered , my order included a free garlic bread , it did not arrive , I phoned to tell flames they forgot my free garlic bread , the answer was " we have changed the menu , but just eat have not changed it on there app " well in my eyes you order from the app and that's what you get , it's your problem Flames and not the customers problem , so be aware people you don't always get what you order from Flames as they have a communication problem with just eat !!!!!!!!!!!!
