Absolutely wast time takes almost 2 houers waiting for food no staff and till no staff cleaning tables food dirt everywhere food cold

AWFUL doesn’t cover it. Ordered the chicken khoma, gammon and extra sides. All arrived slightly warm. Spoke the the lady at the bar (she was friendly) apologising she agreed the food was cold and happy to replace. Arrived back 20min later fully microwaved (I have no issues with warming food in the microwave tbh) but it was so hard all was inedible. For over £30 was a disgrace. Avoid and im not a fussy eater!

Visited today and was met by an extremely rude young lady. No manners what so ever. All the other staff were fantastic but I’m afraid 1 staff member let this lovely Costa down. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but it’s definitely no excuse for how she spoke to us. But I would say the other young lady who then came to the window was extremely polite and apologetic.

I would like to leave an review of this place and i am sorry to say but the places is not the best and there are things about this places that i like to point out about the store and that is that the place and is not clean at all and the toilets are the unclean to the standers that are not wot i would Well let just say they are the best at all The staff are noice apart from two that are just rude to the point were they treat where colleagues feel like they care below them One is and lady that has an head skarth on and she the worst of them She ask all her college if this is correct and then then it go wrong she has an right go at them and say that she the boss But if you are the boss of the store then would you not lead be the best I of your stander, And the over employees of that’s is not the best is the small one of the group and she is ok on the till and drinks but again when it comes to make her Costormer feel like they are welcome then that is something else I feel that the smallest one of the groups is just ran off her feet trying her best to get everything done and there is no thanks

We were tired and hot when we stopped here. Opting for toasted sandwich (foccacia, chicken and mozzarella and chicken and bbq sauce), and a cold drink, we cooled down and rested before continuing our journey. Sandwiches were tasty and freshly heated. And the drinks very refreshing: creme brulee brown sugar frappuccino and strawberries and cream frappuccino. Great service and great food and drinks for both of us!

very poor lack of lounge etc. Just a pub with rooms and 'food' in another building. food basic, different menu if on a deal, basic chips and 'something'. room, small, bed against wall etc. no chairs or bedside table, no room for them!!

Popped in for a couple of drinks when meeting a friend in town. What an eye opener this place is. Full of druggies and generally a rough clientele. The door man ended up arguing with various people going in and out of the bar, him being the aggressor on most of the occasions. The actual pub is clean and tidy enough but it clearly attracts some dodgy people. Unless you want to constantly feel on edge as if you are about to be mugged, don’t bother.

I ordered a PLAIN chow mein as my son only likes the noodles and sauce, it arrived full off onions, bean sprouts and veg... NOT PLAIN. I rang up to complain and was told there was nothing they could do, refused to swap and replace for correct order... Have now had to go elsewhere and order him something else. SHOCKING SWRVICE AND FOOD!! chips were also dry and wilted, looked like yesterdays reheated!! Disgusting!

Can't even get a simple order right. Ordered three items got home only two items in the bag.

Kai the manager refused to serve me because i cant use the screens when i rang to complain said he would of served if i had asked nicely excellent the fact i walked past the machines and went to the counter should maybe have given it away .why are there tills in the shop and staff member there if you are not allowed to use .kai rude couldnt be bothered would rather argue about serving you than actually doing it.

The owner told me to f... off on the phone after complaining about the delivery driver calling me f-ing useless!! absolute joke of a place don't bother !!

Disgusting poor food and half of the items in our order was missing! They do not give a toss and the manager was the most rude person ever who dismissed our complaints. Drinks also had a funny taste as if the syrup had gone off or gone sour.

11am on a Sunday. Not busy. Ordered food from the automated machine and opted for table service. No table markers readily available. At 11:25am I went and enquired where the food was, it s fast food after all? We had ordered a chicken burger meal and a salad with a coffee. Not exactly a monstrous order. 11:35am the food appears. 35 minutes? Seriously? I collect it and bring it back to the table. There is no cutlery for the salad and at this point I was sick of getting up and down so I just ate the salad with balsamic vinegar with my hands, ridiculous! Sip my coffee and need sugar, get up yet again to find no condiments stand. You can’t help yourself to sauce or napkins, no salt, sugar, pepper, straws etc etc everything has to be asked for at the till. Which there was no one available. I asked someone cleaning tables who got out some crinkled packets of sugar out of her apron that could have been in there god knows how long! Just gross. Loads of people in the kitchen but poorly managed! Completely inefficient. Just a rubbish experience. It really shouldn’t be that difficult McDonald’s! Bring back the condiments stand so we can at least get our own things! Awful!!!
