The best restaurants in East Ecclesfield Sheffield Yorkshire and The Humber

Went here as a couple on Saturday night . The place is only small but this is nice Really enjoyed the food it was lovely We had a table in the corner I had prawns for my starter , salmon for my mains and Chocolate pudding for my dessert. The only thing that was a down side was the service was too fast we would have been out in a hour if we hadn’t asked for some time . No sooner had my starter plate been taken away than my main course had arrived . I personally think it’s nice to just take your time when out for a meal and not feel rushed , The place is licensed but you can take your own wine and pay a small corkage charge which is great Ate here again last night the food was amazing and this time we didn’t feel at all rushed it was lovely Bakewell pudding was delicious in fact I ate it before I took the photo 🤣

Lovely family run coffee shop that serves excellent coffee, sweet treats and amazing sausage rolls!

Staff so friendly. Food really nice. Highly recommend it!

I have been using the shop for several years it is 3 miles from where I live and one has opened in my village but I still use this one. The best fish you will get anywhere then add the lovely people who cook the fish & chips and serve you well you won’t get better

We ordered from here on the Saturday for a pick up order , the chicken chat was nice but really everything else we was sent was so bland , the pasanda just tasted of cream , no seasoning or anything , the tikka was a little better but again lacking in flavour, the onion bahjis where so weird they looked crispy on the our side but in eating it was so doughy and undercooked, the rice was very oily, the only thing I will say is the poppadom and pickles where nice, I am sorry to say first time trying this but will be the last for us. The star is for the chicken chat and the poppadoms but the main and sides 0

Have eaten in a few times and it has been delicious on every occasion. Friendly service and tasty curries, will be back! Have tried the purah gosht, handi, shatkora and Kerala, all of which were flavourful and I would certainly recommend.

Not a good experience personally. The drinks were watery and seemed to be very diluted. Also, the room itself admitted a bland, stale odour. The staff who were on for the night were arrogant and somewhat ignorant especially towards the customers as they allegedly spread false rumours to others which have been proven wrong by witnesses that saw the situation. Furthermore, there were current faults with the building itself such as the toilets out of order, toilets without locks and built-up grime on the floors, walls etc. In addition to this humble complaint, the costs were sky-high and didn’t deliver the experience we were promised. Do what you want, however I wouldn’t recommend. (No pictures attached)

Excellent service from The Meadow Farm, breakfast was lovely, clean and tidy, friendly staff good value for money.

Just been in day after boxing day ,ignored by 1 member of staff while waiting (not busy at all ) then another came to bar getting glasses from under bar without saying a work I asked are you seving and was told yes just doing this .so we left and will not go back RUDE!!

Brilliant service from placing the order on the phone to receiving the order. Food absolutely banging Thank you. Will definitely be ordering again.
