An hour late for food ordered with a set time of 70 mins to be delivered. Using excuse of they're being as to why. Shouldn't be accepting orders if they can't fulfill them. Never again

I have always and will always love, the Sainsbury’s cafeteria, the quality is consistently excellent and service is quick, not to mention cheaper than other alternatives. Highly recommended.

First time ordered here, guy rushed through order just kept saying anything else, anything else, got our orderwrong, food was cold, daughters burger squashed, looked like someone had sat on it. I ordered a tray of donor meat, guy asked just meat or with chips, I said just donor meat. But sent tray of chips with bit on donor on top. Also ordered a chicken shish with donor and got a mixed shish. Very disappointed but angry that it's just another take-away that sends anything out.wont be using again and don't recommend !

Went there recently with family and friends, my 1st visit. Wasn't disappointed. Staff really friendly and the food was spot on. Definitely going again.

the staff is completely Hindustani, who have not even heard of sanitary standards. Therefore, as a result, food poisoning and two-day diarrhea.

food was lovely but waiting time was ridiculous then missing item, wouldn't be so bad but it's my wife's 40th birthday n this just added salt to the wound! maybe il try different restaurant next time.

Independientemente de lo buena que sea la comida, el proceso de pedido es horrendo. Tienes que escanear un código de barras en tu mesa para obtener un menú - que no funcionó en mi teléfono, el teléfono de mi esposa o el teléfono de mi hijo. La camarera logró que el menú subiera a su teléfono, eventualmente, y me dio la dirección web que podía abrir en mi propio teléfono. Abrí la página web y se me presentó un menú espantoso, que era tan pequeño y torpe que no pude verlo en mi teléfono plegable en Z (incluso con una pantalla grande).
