A great spot for a tasty English breakfast and smooth shisha. The staff are super friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Whether you're there for food or drinks, it's a relaxing place to hang out!

Best pub I've been in around this side of Hillsborough. Great beer offering with Heathen on permanently and guests on both keg and cask. A nice feel to the place with the offer of pool, sport on TVs and a vinyl jukebox. Great place to have a pint.

Ordered a lemon peach oolong tea from here, it was really refreshing and nice, loved the kanten jelly. It came in a really cute cup as well! I think the only thing is it was a bit more on the pricier side (£6 for a large with the kanten jelly) so personally I will probably go elsewhere as I can get a similar drink with an extra topping for £5.70. However if you're after food as well I think it's worth it as not many places in Sheffield serve good bubble tea as well as food. I will probably come back to try the food sometime, it looked really tasty.

It was wonderful to see the Ruddy Duck re-opening, albeit temporarily in the library - which was decorated beautifully for the evening. The 5-course tasting menu we enjoyed was exceptional, my particular highlights being the beef cooked two ways which came with a scrummy potato gratin and our dessert, a superb creation of rhubarb and ginger, showing off the best of local produce. The kale even came from the walled gardens at Wortley Hall! Our servers David and Brogan were both warm, friendly and knowledgeable about both the menu and the venue and we'll be delighted to dine here again. A week later and I'm still thinking about the homemade rhubarb cocktail that David created for me!

this is my local and I would go further if I wanted great Indian food, but there is no need, this place ticks all the boxes, the specials are superb and away from the "classic" dishes (also great but still, I like unusual stuff such as the prawn puree starter or the MACHLI BRINJAL). The staff always pleasant and somehow remember me when I only go a few times a year, amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough.

So I bought a voucher for my dad for his birthday and even though the new owners are from the same circle as the old ones they have said they won’t honour the money spent. After talking to them they were arrogant and rude about the whole ordeal. This is before even going to the venue. Be assured you have missed out on potential regulars as we often look for places to drink near to the station. Customer service and kindness go along way something this buisness seems to be severely lacking !
