Asked for my Extra Dry cappuccino which it wasn’t !! there’s nothing worse when you ask for cappuccino! and you receive a latte 🤬or cappuccino with to much milk ? But the young lady quickly corrected order for me and it was just perfect thank you to the Barista 🎉 🌟✨

The worst buffet I’ve ever been to. They call it a world buffet but had FISH FINGERS as one of the dishes. The rice wasn’t fresh and to top it all off the staff shouted to each other in front of me and the person I was with “would you eat any of this?” To which the other replied “nah wouldn’t touch it”

Pizza from this store is worst. tomatoe sauce on it is more and had 2-3 air bubbles on the pizzaa. I wish I could attach that pizza picture. 😡

The service was the worst I have ever experienced.The manager was very rude,and when we said we were not paying the service charge he said we were a pain in the ass!!!!!

My son has been going here for years but we were left very disappointed. 6 of us put in a booth that was a tight squeeze. We asked to be moved and we were. Food was nothing special. Portions much smaller, not as warm as should have been and the dish my husband was served looked like it had been lying in a pot all day. The carbonara was bland and you had to hunt to find the pepperoni on the pizza. Offered a complementary desert as my husband hardly touched his dish. I tried it and it was disgusting. For a final bill that was nearly £200 it was frankly overpriced and completely underwhelming . Will not be back and would not recommend

We eat at prezzo livingston last night ,greeted by Elena with a smile and very pleasant and friendly service, took us to a table and chatted in a friendly manner, food ordering very efficiently, Stuart the manager was excellent and again chatted away and very attentative, lots of menu choices and very reasonably priced food quality excellent. Stuart and his team 1st class team and the best customer service in town .

Lovely place and amazing food, staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful especially jamie serving the drinks, definely will be going back and highly recommend.

A great wee restaurant in local village. Fantastic service and food was beautiful x Lost a star I feel the menu could do with a revamp. Always the same dishes. Maybe a savoury special might be a good idea.

Amazing food, great service with a very friendly chatty team. Had the Balmoral chicken and the haggis was beautiful my partner had the steak and said it was spot on to, she enjoyed the pepper sauce espically. Desert was the waffles and they were perfect to share with a generous portion size.

We went there yesterday and had the fish and chips. Waitress looked tired and was unfriendly. The fish was cold and thin and not very appetising . Immediatley after leaving the restaurant we all felt unwell and had stomach issues. Think the health inspector needs to pay them a visit A Only give a one star because you have to

The cafe is now 'permanently closed' as part of Sainsbury's disastrous cost cutting measure. It may be that Livingston will be one of the supermarkets to get one of the promised replacements (it's a big Sainsbury's) but as of April/May 2022, there is no café.

The cafe and staff are brilliant and the breakfast delicious. Not at all surprised to see people waiting at the door for a free table, highly recommend!

Unfortunately, really not impressed with this place. We went here because their website said they were doing the "eat out to help out" scheme. We were charged full price. When I questioned it, I was met with a confused "no?". Also, a massive GDPR issue for me. Beside the till, was a list that we put our name and number on for track and trace. I could quite clearly see everyone's details, just left on the counter for anyone to see! Honestly, online this place looked so great, but it was a disappointing reality. The muffins were average. Like nothing special. I was really surprised at the prices of things. Like almost a fiver for a small cheese toasty, which, again, was nothing to write home about. Also my coffee was very bland. Normally coffee is a bit bitter for me, so I take sugar, but not with this. Was pretty tasteless. I doubt I'll be going back here.
