The best restaurants serving American food in City of London, Westminster London

Lovely festive atmosphere and the food was the usual good fare you’d expect. Service was poor, as the waiter knew very little about the menu and drinks available and he was very slow to take our finished plates.

The food quite normal but bit cold try more hot! and the price is fine to me. Happy hour included!!!

Food was excellent but the tipping ask at the end was a double dip and disgusting behaviour by the staff asking for it. I would recommend the lobster noodle dish but just be careful of the bill/staff.

I’m Indonesian (born and raised). The last time I visited this restaurant was in 2004. I’m amazed it’s still here today (Jan 2, 2024). I ordered nasi uduk and nasi goreng with veggies spring rolls. Very disappointed with the authenticity of the food.. Nasi goreng was tasted ok, but not authentic way of serving (missing fried egg). The nasi uduk served with 4 prawns, roasted peanut anchovies, and 2 spring rolls with shrimp crackers - nasi wasn’t coconuty enough. Es teh manis (sweet ice tea) was good.. and the sambal merah and hijau were perfect. Servers speak Indonesian. A bit of the space is rented to Chinese Crepes and hotpot. Overall, it’s ok.. but don’t think it’s good enough :(

The rooms are painfully small, but pretty cheap. Not having a window makes it hard to judge the time of day, but it was very easy to sleep in.

The food is different from another seller because the chicken is well cooked.

So sad this is our last meal here (as site closing) , had amazing meal and fabulous service from Pasqual and Marika, hope to see them soon at their new Byron restaurants.

Nada gourmet sobre una hamburguesa fría y papas fritas. Vivo a unos 4 minutos a pie, pero la comida tardó 40 minutos en llegar y luego estaba fría. También había ordenado un batido, pero sin popote significaba que tenía que tirarlo al fregadero.¡Me conecté en línea para quejarme y finalmente recibí un mensaje automático que decía que apreciaban mis comentarios y que tratarían de mejorar! No tendrá que preocuparse por eso, ganó; No vuelvas, ahórrate la decepción y evita.

Lo único bueno de este lugar es su asistente de gerente James, que aparentemente se encarga de todo y atiende a los clientes. El resto del personal parecía más interesado en tener una conversación informal entre ellos a pesar de estar relativamente ocupado. Tuvimos que devolver nuestras alas porque llegaron frías ya que nadie podía molestarse en sacarlas a tiempo. Gracias por los chocolates mate!

He pedido una entrega para la fiesta de un amigo que estoy organizando. La entrega vino mal e incompleta y no han dado ninguna otra opción para corregir el error.

I want to be fair, although I was not impressed with my food I think it was because I ordered chicken and not a beef burger, after all it is the GBK. However, my chicken burger was just nothing special, actually the similar one from Burger King is tastier.

La hamburguesa era desagradable y muy crudo. Nunca volveré y tuve un dolor de estómago horrible el día después. ¿Realmente valió la pena. Las papas fritas eran lo más decente que tenían, pero ciertamente no eran las mejores.
