Rubbish clearly says you can use your Tastecard on a Sunday but they refused to take my booking.Avoid at all cost , rude staff as well.

Soy cliente habitual de esta sucursal de McDonald's . especialmente en la mañana, ya que vivo cerca. hoy, 8 de noviembre de 2024 alrededor de las 9 am pedí mi taza de té pg . como pedí y fui a mostrador mi taza de té estaba listo sin espacio de tiempo. me di cuenta más tarde cuando tomé el pedido y salí a beber mi té. era té frío muerto como si se hizo para otra persona hace mucho tiempo y el personal me entregó el mismo té viejo y frío para deshacerse de hacer otro té fresco. Estaba muy molesto, pero no volví al personal, ya que conozco al personal que es miembro superior del personal y en su mayoría se vuelven groseros con el cliente. Por eso pensé que en lugar de arruinarme el día quejándome de esa personalidad debería seguir adelante por mi día... Como fue el mismo personal el que me entregó la taza de té frío... fue un truco realmente malo de ese personal...

Ni siquiera nos dejaba salir de la lluvia para decirnos que no tenían mesas. Cuando volvimos mesas sucias e hicimos entonces queríamos que moviéramos asientos ya que tenían cosas guardadas debajo de ellos.

Absolutamente lleno lunes en octubre mitad de trimestre. Parecía grotty probablemente debido a la cantidad de gente allí. Otros clientes pelearon con nosotros por una mesa después de que habíamos esperado durante 30 minutos. Tramp se hizo cargo de un inodoro y se quedó dormido por lo que mi hijo tuvo que esperar mucho tiempo y estuvo cerca de tener un accidente. Cuesta aproximadamente £ 80 por 4 comidas (2 papas fritas pequeñas una mediana). No hay más opciones de bebidas que batidos o agua para los niños que no beben bebidas gaseosas. BLT era pobre con tocino duro y piedra fría, todas las hamburguesas eran extremadamente grasientas. Papas OK. Las tapas de los batidos no encajaban correctamente, así que la hija de 6 años se las arregló para derramar batidos por todo su único abrigo en un día lluvioso. Muy incómoda y generalmente horrible experiencia. El único aspecto redentor es que ahora todos podemos bromear sobre lo mucho que nos disgustan 5 chicos y a veces tomo fotos sorpresa de mi esposa junto a los resteraunts cuando caminamos junto a ellos por diversión. Desafortunadamente esto la hace un poco enojada. Nunca volvería a ningún lugar o recomendaría la experiencia a otros.

For the first time in my life, a fellow guest threw an object at our table. Allegedly, we were speaking too loud, and we were kindly requested to “shut the f up”. When confronting the person with his outright rude behaviour, we were told “next time I’ll throw something more pointy”. While we were utterly shocked and informed the staff, they faked to be accommodating to our request, and did not even confront the violator, nor did they tell him his behaviour was unacceptable. The staff, clearly in distress, because “he was a recurring, good customer” were unwilling to communicate that his behaviour was unacceptable. I have never been treated in a restaurant with so much disrespect from fellow guests or staff. Avoid this place at all cost. Also food is average, staff / kitchen does not understand the difference between rare, medium-rare, medium and rubber. Highly recommend to never enter this place, you will save yourself money, a stomach ache, and injuries, because guests are inclined to throw objects at you.

Un choix judicieux et parfois original de burgers avec des collab' avec des locaux, ce qui change des chaînes de restauration. Les prix sont ceux pratiqués habituellement (moins chers que certaines autres enseignes connues, cependant) mais le goût est là aussi bien dans les frites que le burger. Autre point positif : les serveuses se sont montrées très coopératives pour les goûts d'un monsieur présent ce soir là, et ça fait plaisir.

Extremely immersive! Sold as a real private detective agency, the bar offers excellent original cocktails. Subdued atmosphere and very dynamic and pleasant instrumental concert... Brilliant! A must do.

Pedí 6 alitas de pollo, y cuando intenté comerlas, eran duras, incomibles y no tenían carne. Al día siguiente, hablé con el asistente del gerente, que me vendió las alitas de pollo, me dijo "Así" y no quería ser molestado. La comida y el servicio al cliente es horrible.

I have just received my KFC apart from the delivery which was on time the food was the worst I've ever eaten from a KFC. I had a 10 peice Variety bucket. Every single mouthful was cold and so dry even both my dog and cat turned theirs noses up and walked away. It was so dry we were unable to swallow it without copeous amounts of water. After 2 prices it ended up in the bin. Never had this problem before, what a waste of £36

Food was bad and there was a mouse running on the floor. The staff was rude and the whole experience was awful.

This place is ok, the food is good, but very greasy, and huge portions. Obviously it's not a healthy choice but... Not an amazing atmosphere, you sort of feel rushed through your meal, which when it's not THAT cheap isn't great.

Few venues have more ratings of “Terrible” then all other ratings combined. This now defunct bar was hilarious if you knew what to expect, but quite horrific for many who wandered in. To suggest that Janet was eccentric does not begin to describe it. You can get a flavour from the reviews below (and her responses). Inasmuch as this bar was in a touristy location, I cannot imagine how many visitors have decided never to come to London again based on their experience in this one dive. The irony of it all is that you could have some (expensive) fun here if you caught it on the right night and knew what to expect. Sadly no more will we get to read her acerbic responses to those who dare to criticise her. Perhaps she will do me the kindness of writing now to accuse me of turning up with a lot of very drunk people who peed on the floor and threw drinks at her long-suffering staff whilst refusing to pay in advance for a ridiculous round of drinks before going to her disgusting toilet and writing graffiti on the wall (or other such outrage). Good luck Janet. No hard feelings – I had some good tomes there.
