The best restaurants serving American food in West Midlands

Very accommodating for larger groups and great for celebrating birthdays. We enjoyed a mix of modern smokehouse with slaw sides. The team were attentive and enjoyed relaxing conversation. Thank you for a great couple of hours 🙏

Have had drinks here quite a bit lately, but haven't eaten here in about a decade. Still just as good. Visited on a busy Saturday evening. Ordered food (and drinks) at the bar. Prices are incredibly cheap! (Chicken wrap with fries only £6.50!) Seated in the side section next to the garden which was nice with the fairy lights. Food was delivered quickly, was hot, and tasted good. And staff were really friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I don't usually go for bar food, but for Loft I'll make the exception every time. It's a great place to start off a night out before bar hopping down Hurst Street, or as an evening out by itself.

3 time I’m here me my daughter my wife my son love this desert we will definitely come again .young girl very good for service.i am not really a desert fan but this place really changed my taste and my likes for desert. I recommend that u go here best place!!!

As Wetherspoons go, this is a good one! Looks impressive from the top level. Only problem is, there's loads of stairs to get to the upper level and no lift. You have to go up them to use the toilets. There's a disabled one downstairs. Food is cheap and cheerful and service is very fast.

Lovely staff who helped me take my order to go (after it was already served on plate) because I had to rush to the boarding gate. Thank you!

The food was lovely, steak cooked exactly how I like it even though no preference was given, good portions, the pudding was delicious, the only let down was the custard was a little too thick but as it was very busy they did a good job overall, very friendly service.

Food for kids okay. Food for adults rather lacking taste. Rather long 20 mins waiting for a jacked potatoe. Salad without vinaigrette

I have always loved a F &B’s breakfast so we went there this morning for breakfast for my husband’s birthday. However, unfortunately the menu has completely changed and they no long offer a traditional English breakfast (bacon/sausage/beans etc.) It is also much more expensive. I have no idea why F &B would change this but I’m afraid it is certainly misguided and I feel many people will stop going for breakfast at least. The choice now does not resemble an English breakfast and I know it is an American/Italian restaurant but I do feel that you need to offer people what they love. The staff were amazing and I felt so sorry for them as we decided to leave breakfast and to go to Willow which did a gorgeous traditional breakfast. I do hope Frankie and Benny’s reconsider this terrible decision.

literally waited over an hour for food which was stone cold. it looked like it had been scrapped off others people plates or dropped on the floor. The staff are like slugs. No motivation whatsoever.

Its not fun here! .if i could give a zero i would, u sent a reply (have u looked in the mirror), so I rang your head office and they will be contacting me soon .now the 15,11,23 I emailed the head office and they emailed me back saying I should go away! and if i make a complaint they wish me luck Really omg !!! So if u have any problems from this place good luck . Not on!( NEVER AGAIN ).can't believe it ..there is always kfc next door!

Just ordered a chicken wrap and a garlic bread, Wrap was literally A wrap a 3 cold dry pieces of chicken and the garlic bread was rock hard and cold, just what you want after a 15 hour shift!
