The best restaurants serving American food in England

Lots of variety to choose from. Excellent gluten free options. A friend and I visited and throughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Staff knowledgeable and super friendly. Would recommend and visit again.

This place is now called Bar Wan I would give ***** for food and *** for service On this occasion, when we arrived it was quiet, the staff were lovely, food ordered and arrived quickly, steaming hot and fresh. Food is amazing! Then. It got very busy with some large groups and the staff became way out of their depth! Couldn’t cope! Called for more staff to help. Eventually asked if we would like to order desserts (when we stood to pay) and thanked us when we said no. We got some gu puddings from Sainsbury’s (at £2.50 for 2) and ate them back at our hotel. I would visit again.

Visited Porky’s for lunch. Great tasting food, brilliant portion size and at a time when customer service is disappearing in the service sector, every member of the team were full of smiles, and friendly professional. Management should be very proud of the service team they’ve created.

My waitress was Sara she was absolutely lovely, we chatted & nothing was too much for her. I regularly stay at Mama Shelter & each time all of the staff are polite, fun & super helpful. This is a great place to stay Thank you guys

Worst service you could expect. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they forgot about my order. The place was basically empty. Staff rude. When my colleague had almost finished his meal and asked asked where my was, they indicated my burger sitting there for ages… saying that they it was still waiting for the fries to fry. I ate a cold burger with very hot fries in the end… they rushed to cook them… they clearly forgot. Bad experience. Nobody apologised… I should have got a refund. Needs better management. No go!!

My dining experience was very disappointing. The service was unprofessional, and the food quality was poor. The staff was rude and indifferent, and the steak I ordered at a medium cooking rate was overcooked and had an unpleasant taste. Furthermore, the poor quality of the rosemary used was quite obvious. It seems that they misunderstood the concept of dry-aged.

Superb service and beautiful breakfast prepared and arranged by the Chef du Partie at the Fitzrovia branch. It was a very nice breakfast.

Visité con un par de amigos y fue maravilloso! La comida era increíble y tenía porciones muy llenas. El servicio al cliente era brillante y era encantador tener una charla casual con. La comida tenía un precio muy razonable y sin duda volveremos a visitar! Gracias Rachel por recibirnos!

Lovely staff all very helpful, and accommodating steak was amazing. Will come back. Server was sandijs.

Visitamos esta semana, me pareció que las rosquillas eran demasiado dulces. (las tenía antes pero estas no eran tiene bueno). Pintar una olla muy cara por la calidad de la cerámica. Lamentablemente hubo un incidente en la tienda Layerthorpe, que causó mucho malestar para mi familia y otra pareja. Debido a esto decidimos irnos inmediatamente, y desafortunadamente mi nieta no había terminado su olla. Dije que debido al incidente en la tienda nos íbamos y estábamos muy molestos. No hubo oferta de precio reducido por la olla, debido al incidente y no terminar la olla. Envié un correo electrónico, pero recibí una respuesta muy pobre y ninguna oferta de compensación, debido al incidente. Recogeré la olla, cuando esté lista, ya que mi nieto autista lo está esperando. Lamentablemente no volveremos después de esto.

BEST burger I've ever had. It's that great, if on death row, it'll certainly be my last meal. Stunning, fresh and value for money.
