What a fantastic little gem of a restaurant! The food is superb. Good quality ingredients to make fantastic dishes full of flavour. Service is very good, very welcoming, very attentive, allows you enjoy your meal. Quick delivery on food too. Drinks very reasonable in price. No alcohol but you can take your own if you need it. The Persian tea is lovely - as is the cake and the saffron ice cream! The mixed grill sharing platters give you plenty per person, and at a very good price. You need to eat here. You won't be disappointed. Not expensive either so happy to tip big when we went.

Ordered Qabli Pilau with lamb shank. Portions generous and came with a side curry dish and a naan. I have eaten many qabli pilau's around the UK. However, the side curry was caked in oil. Very unhealthy. But after draining the oil, the curry did taste nice. The qabli pilau rice tasted hard, and the lamb shank hadn't marinated. Therefore, tasted ordinary. Not happy with the quality. The price for the dish was reasonable. No parking.

You can no longer bring your own wine or beer which used to be possible. No alcoholic beverages are allowed now, a change of policy which acts as a bit of a disincentive. But the food is very fresh and very nice.

Safe to say we used to be one of the first regular customers when first opened, attended almost every other day, All was amazing back then, was valued, had good price, good service and brilliant events, 2-3 years ago we cut down attending as all that gradually changed. With all due respect I dont rate it anymore. I Paid 70 quid for food and shisha, food was good, no issues at all. Once eaten, we smoked our shisha for 10mins just to be told to move (not the first) to other side of lounge and join another set of group, this time ended up facing the wall on a event night just because of some tiktok influencers that couldnt get a seating togethor. Completly ruined our night, no apology what so ever. Smoked our shishas for another 20mins and just decided to leave. Shambles. Yet to say AK's day one policy was always 1st come 1st serve.

Excellent discovery of this PERSIAN Specialty Restaurant in London. A Family Dinner in a magnificent setting and a warm atmosphere. The welcoming and attentive service by the charming Room Manager was perfect. The setting is sumptuous and modern, a true Culinary Journey to the Land of 1001 Nights at the ALMAS Restaurant which lives up to its majestic name very well. The Chef in the Kitchen masters the Persian Culinary Art to perfection: the Dishes are generous, with very high quality ingredients: the meat skewers are tender and succulent, the chicken skewer is perfectly juicy, the Rice is truly delicious. The Lamb Mouse, Baghali Polo and Mahicheh, a real treat. The icing on the cake is the Persian Tea served in a Teapot by candlelight in magnificent glasses. Sincerely, I hope for great success at Restaurant ALMAS, which fully deserves it. Excellent value for money, much cheaper than most Iranian Restaurants in London. Some comments read here are unfortunately incorrect, because ALMAS Restaurant sincerely offers delicious dishes with a true Persian Flavor. Happy New Year 2025 to ALMAS Restaurant.

We called in to Shrewsbury by chance travelling from visiting family in wales. We happened on this delightful restaurant .Food was just amazing and staff attentive . I didn't feel at all embaressed to ask questions about the menu , they want you to enjoy all on offer . We had the small plate option both enjoying the combination of flavours and allowed us to sample the delightful dessert dishes also. Even the coffee was amazing . We are recommending to our local(ISH) family to visit .

Exceptional service and well prepared meals. Impressed that all five main course dishes were served at the same time, with plates that had been warmed. All the dishes were hot, tasty and cooked fresh to order. Well worth a visit.

I really like how quickly they prepare the order here. Chicken, ribs, fries - everything is at the highest level. Keep it up! Good luck guys!

Firstly I would like to say the food is amazing never had a bad meal. The problem is you ring and place an order you’re told twenty minutes you arrive after 15 minutes and the food hasn’t even been started. Tonight I had to wait another 20minutes on top of the twenty minutes I was told. This happens every time I’ve ordered. Walk in customers seem to be served before customers who order over the phone

Delicious food and good value. I think this will be our goto take away.

Stopped in here for dinner, and everything was delicious. Had the eggplant dip with naan for entree, chicken stew and grilled lamb/chicken dish with rice and salad for main. Service was excellent as well!
