The best restaurants serving Asian food in Bristol, City of South West

The service I received this evening was absolutely dreadful, ordered at 5 pm for the delivery to arrive at 6:50 pm, 40 minutes after the time it was scheduled to be delivered. We live approximately 2 minutes from the restaurant and instead they decided to send the delivery driver on a goose chase to leave our food to go cold. After calling them numerous times and them ensuring us it was 5 minutes away on three separate occasions the food then arrived stone cold and the driver and restaurant all decided to start playing the blame game with each other. No offer of any sort of rectification and they were happy for us to send a £45 order back. Extremely rude individuals running the phone line, they kindly informed me the manager was out so it’s quite clear to see what happens then, the place turns to a real mess. Will not be using ever again.

Have been there long time ago and it was bad!tried to give them one more chance today and it was absolutely horrible experience again.... Food always missing (see picture) and not only for few min but for very long time even after you ask why is it empty. All desert frozen!or not there Also dirty if you look properly like under plates holder (see picture,pic not really good sorry) food not tasty at all Last time we've been there for sure

La comida era muy agradable, hay que decirlo, aunque las porciones eran un poco pequeñas, me gustó mucho el arte en la pared, así como una verdadera lástima que nos cobraron de más, disfrutar de la comida, pero revise su factura

Always been a favourite. Great value and this weekend order the Chicken Dhansak and it was the best I have ever had. Amazing.

We booked this restaurant based on good reviews, but I felt misled by these reviews as the place fell sadly short. It was a cold evening and the restaurant was freezing so people kept their coats on. There is no heating! I felt for the team as it’s an old building but it was unpleasantly cold. Food was expensive (over £100 for 2 of us) and average. Duck should be presented as a quarter or a half and cut up at the table. We got a place of soggy pre-chopped duck, which we didn’t eat really. Toilets up large grubby staircase and again freezing! I was quite depressed after this meal and am not sure where the high reviews are coming from. Maybe because it’s by lots of bars! Maybe okay for a takeaway.

I came here a while back but didn’t get round to leaving a review. I’m from london, and I went to Bristol to visit family. We came out to eat and we chose this place. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. It was a nice and chilled vibe and a very relaxing experience. This place is good for a meal for two or even a meal for the family. I enjoyed my visit.

Jamie our server was brilliant, very attentive and kept checking in with us. Lovely experience and will be back very soon.

¡No vayas aquí! Por dónde empezar... Estoy revisando esto bajo el nuevo nombre ‘Daily Noodles’. Mi pareja y yo fuimos aquí a cenar, pedimos 5 platos; Katsu vegano curry y arroz; Pegajoso pollo de soja vegano Bao Bun’s; Pollo Katsu y arroz; Muñecas de cerdo calientes y agrias; Katsu Fries. Inicialmente, los platos llegaron bastante rápido, sin embargo mi compañero estaba preocupado con los bao bollos veganos cuando llegaron. Era diferente al pollo vegano que había recibido en el pasado; así que rápidamente le preguntamos al camarero “¿es este el bao bun vegano?”, él rápidamente respondió sin mirar realmente la comida, afirmando que de hecho era la opción vegana. No me convenció nada de esto, así que cuando el camarero volvió con mis Dumplings de Cerdo (que estaban fríos y semi crudos) , volví a preguntar, si los Bao Bun’s eran veganos? Una vez más, el camarero se apresuró a responder con un simple “sí”, sin comprobar adecuadamente el producto y corriendo rápidamente de vuelta detrás del mostrador. Mi pareja estaba satisfecha, ya que se había tranquilizado dos veces, así que comenzó a comer sus Bao Bun’s. Estos resultaron ser pollo... Le devolví el plato inmediatamente, afirmando que no era vegano. El camarero tomó abruptamente el plato de vuelta con un simple “lo siento”, sin mostrar ninguna empatía ni remordimiento. Pocos minutos después llegó el plato de mi compañero de Katsu Curry Vegano con Arroz - esto tampoco era vegano. Esta vez la respuesta del camarero fue “parece que tienes dos platos de curry Katsu normales”. De nuevo, sin disculpas, sin empatía. Tardó 20 minutos en llegar el reemplazo de mi compañero, bao bun, y esto fue solo después de que pregunté dónde estaban. Estoy absolutamente disgustado no solo por la falta de diligencia debida en la preparación de los alimentos, el servicio al cliente y la gestión de este establecimiento. Cuando llegué por primera vez, le mencioné al gerente que yo mismo tenía una alergia severa a los frutos secos, me aseguraron que esto estaría bien y que se tomarían todas las precauciones necesarias para evitar la contaminación cruzada. Al final de mi comida, después de hacer una queja formal sobre el hecho de que mi pareja comió pollo, después de preguntar implícitamente si su plato era vegano, me dijo ‘ninguno de los menús contiene nueces en realidad’. ¿Qué tipo de gerente general no conoce los alérgenos presentes en su restaurante? No recomiendo a nadie, especialmente aquellos con necesidades dietéticas para visitar aquí, debido a su negligencia, falta de cuidado y en general falta de servicio al cliente.

Rating 3 out of ten l had a lot better in the past, was not worth the money £9.20.. Only had noodle lettuce beef , very salty...l did not eat it all But service was excellent The guy asked if l wanted more soup... I said no... Happy New Year

The chicken dumpling starter was quite good, though not exceptional. Apart from that, the mains were expensive, not very tasty and had very niggardly meat content. The belly pork was more akin just to bits of bacon, whilst my companion's pork bibimbap had hardly any meat in it at all. Won't go again.

Wow, increíble servicio al cliente, bebida y comida era delicioso y a un precio razonable. Sin duda recomendaría esta tienda. Gracias por el gran servicio.

Vine aquí hace un par de semanas con amigos, tuve una experiencia realmente encantadora. El personal era servicial, amable, la comida era deliciosa! Los precios son geniales también creo. También tuvimos un miembro sin gluten con nosotros y el personal era muy servicial en ayudar con el menú para satisfacer sus necesidades dietéticas. ¡Volveremos al 100%, aunque sea para llevar!

Not good at all, the food was cold, and I think maybe was the last order of the night! Wasn’t fresh, old food! Really disappointed!!

Kimchi jjigae was delicious and had lots of filling! Came with rice and was a huge portion so I would say it’s good for the £13 👍🏼 Only thing I will say is that the pork dumplings were a bit tough and sauce spoke in the bag.. put still nice and good portions!!!!
