The best restaurants serving Asian food in England

Breathtakingly beautiful place, wherever you drive or walk it's just beyond what I've imagined looking at the pictures for years.

We had a lovely meal at Pundits, the food was amazing. The staff were great, really quick service and just really nice! We ordered far too much and would love to visit again when we are next in the area.

Really good food and friendly service. Choice of Madras or Vindaloo heat for most curry dishes - I had Vindaloo and it was seriously hot and seriously good. It is very much a traditional Anglo-Indian menu and there’s nothing wrong with that. Portions are generous.

Enjoyed our dinner here but the 4 stars are for the lack of spice in my curry. I asked for medium spice but got no spice whatsoever. Will be coming back to try out more dishes. They are too keen on providing a good service which was admirable but it felt like we were interrupted every five minutes.

I wish I could give you more stars! Amazing experience, myself and my partner have worked in kitchens over the years and the food was prepped, marinated and plated up to perfection! Staff were lovely, couldn’t have been rude if they tried! Made us some lovely wholesome Korean food and taught us how to say thank you in Korean. Everything was perfect so thank you!

One bathroom wasn’t working. The tables were too close together. Food wasn’t amazing, was a bit dry. No bottled still mineral water. Service felt a bit rushed. Staff weren’t good at reading body language and would come over at obviously bad times. Poor experience. Won’t go back.

A real gem! Lovely people and delicious food. House wine is not great but other wine is great. My favourite restaurant in St Leonards and well worth a visit for the dumplings and Mango cake 🎂

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Every single part of our experience at the Thai Boutique was fantastic. We went on their last day open, and were met with very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. All 6 of us had a starter, main and dessert, and not a single detail was missed. The flavours were exquisite, delicate yet punchy at the same time and extremely well balanced. I tried a bite of everyone's food and I couldn't fault any dish. By far the best Thai food I have ever eaten. Having recently moved to Alton, I am gutted that they will not be operating any more as it certainly would have become a regular stop for us. I would love to see them open a new restaurant in the local area soon!

Under new ownership so a brand new menu. The food was outstanding. We had chicken momo and black bean fritters to start, and the mixed grill and fish curry for main. The rice pudding and rum and banana ice cream was amazing too. The staff were very friendly and attentive - would highly recommend, and will be returning!

This place offers delicious food and the portions are pretty good too, I had the clay pot chicken adoba and it was one of the best I've ever had. Would recommend.

Honestly this was some of the best food I’ve had in the north west. Absolutely brilliant, lovely service and a great little restaurant.
