The best restaurants serving Asian food in England

We first discovered Malaysian food in Singapore, at Maxwell's food court. The bar was set high, including a Michelin-stared Hainanese Chicken Rice place. We were not disappointed with JJ's food - super-authentic Malaysian cuisine. Except the weather :-), we could have been in Singapore. What did we have :- Satay Chicken skewers (This was great) Hainanese Chicken Rice (This was great) Laksa Curry Mee (This was stunning) Chicken Rendang (This was stunning) Nasi Goreng Kampong (This was great) Nasi Lemak (This was great) Although not clear from the website, you can sit in too - seating is basic, but we are there to enjoy great food. Highly recommend

Lovely food everything time Lovely service very friendly

Food was disappointing overall. Chicken Shaslik was ok but virtually all the other dishes were far too oily. The Aloo Gobi in particular was swimming in oil which had to be drained away before consuming. I expected better from Raj Vogue!

We’ve always really enjoyed going to the restaurant. Tonight we had a delivery for my husband’s 60th birthday! Food fantastic as usual and the service remained fabulous - a lovely man delivered! Thank you so much

Tom yam goong was superb! Beef with holy basil is also very good. Nicely decorated, quiet music, attentive staff. Highly recommended!

A good selection of classic curry dishes.

2nd visit, simply because we forgot about this place. Nice staff and very nice food (and wine). Prices are very reasonable. Parking can be a bit of a problem. The restaurant could have been a little bit warmer and we could not hear the background music properly. A very nice visit.

Great fast service and hot and delicious fresh food. The naan bread and curries were lovely and warm, very generous with the lamb biryani. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Superb meal. Staff were fantastic and the background music was great. We had pork ribs and duck rolls to start which were amazing. Then a green Thai curry, rice and a Pad Mee and a portion of chips. All incredible. Can't wait to go back.

Book before you turn up. The food was great, chicken Dansak, plain boiled rice, Saga loo, onion bahjgis and breads...full of flavour and mild heat. Overall great foods. See you soon. Highly recommended
