The best restaurants serving British food in Whaley Bridge High Peak East Midlands

Food is lovely when the place is actually serving. The amount of times I have been excited to go here on the weekend, I get to the place and they tell me they’re not serving food is shocking. It hasn’t just been the one occasion, it has happened multiple times. I love the food but why do you never serve it? You’ve let me down to many times :(

Are 4th visit here, the pub was decorated lovely, we booked on the Saturday for sunday lunch. even though they had a party of over 40 in the service was excellent the food also big thank-you to all of you

Waited over an hour for food, when it eventually arrived it was over cooked and tasteless. Not a friendly atmosphere for a Country Pub.

Quick in out for a drink before i start long canal walk. Not a bas place. Good for sports lover and music. I like to location right next to river Goyt.
