The best restaurants serving British food in The Hemingfords Huntingdonshire East of England

Four of us went here last night with our 3 dogs and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was perfect as was the music, service, etc. Paul (owner/barman) is a top man and couldn't do enough for us. They weren't serving food at the time but I've already booked for one of their Caribbean nights, can't wait. I highly recommend you try this place if in the area. Superb.

Popped in for a carvery with the kids best carvery we have had in years the meat was cooked to perfection 👌 toby carvery hasn't got anything on this place highly recommended,

Tracey went above and beyond during service. My son was choking on sausages and I came over from the queue to carvery and Tracey was already there seeing to him. Very friendly amazing waitress! Very attentive. We was all extremely impressed!

Went in for a bite to eat. I asked if we could get a table and wasn't asked if it was drinks or food as it was busy. Only to discover there was a restaurant attached round the other side which was empty. Would have been good to have been told this. The restaurant was nice and cosy, good food, great service

We had a lovely lunch here for my father and my son’s Birthday (there were nine of us). The communication with the pub was excellent and the staff were very attentive. We would definitely come again. A big thank you to Kathy and her team.

A quaint olde inn full of character. We stayed here for one night whilst visiting our daughter nearby. The double room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was very good. Breakfast was well cooked and substantial. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

No sunday roast, metal chairs and no atmosphere . No longer a traditional garden centre but a place fukk of everything

Only usually pop in for a hot chocolate and piece of cake/scone when visiting the garden centre or meeting up with friends. This place has always been overpriced in my opinion. The snacks foods and drinks are mostly ok, but seriously expensive for everything. Sorry.
