The best restaurants serving British food in Alexandra Ipswich East of England

I walked in and was greeted somewhat grumpily because I asked for cod and chips to take away. Have to say that what I was given was in the top 10 fish and chips I've ever had and I'm 58! If it wasn't for the man's attitude i I would have given 5 stars for everything MT

Nice pub, food is good. Show sports, even have a TV in the outdoor area.

Booked a table and the service from the waitress was brilliant. We ordered the sharing hanging kebabs and they where amazing. The live music towards the end of the night was a great touch. I will definitely be coming back!

Great atmosphere, good range of drinks, and good quality food - particularly the sausage rolls.

The redecorated pub is good, the sloopy way the staff dress matches there attitude. No wonder it's not achieving its potential.

Would never go again,the staff seem to not know the motto “the customer is always right” I went to the till and the staff member said I was wrong,I proceeded to prove she was wrong but instead of apologising she doubled and triple downed and dug a bigger hole and refused to accept her mistake I love Nando’s but this place is awful as other reviews say
