Nice pub, food is good. Show sports, even have a TV in the outdoor area.

I have a dairy intolerance which means, Im not able to drink cows milk. I was surprised to see I was charged 40p for a small jug of oat milk . . Never been charged in other places ….Not sure I will go there again … Disappointed

Great Sunday lunch in a traditional pub with efficient and friendly service. VERY popular so book in advance.

Booked a table and the service from the waitress was brilliant. We ordered the sharing hanging kebabs and they where amazing. The live music towards the end of the night was a great touch. I will definitely be coming back!

Great atmosphere, good range of drinks, and good quality food - particularly the sausage rolls.

First time visiting here and the food was absolutely delicious, could not fault it. Enjoyed a 3 course dinner. The service was second to none, very friendly and attentive. Will most certainly be returning again. Highly recommend a visit.

Really good food and well priced, just sad that the lady “Jo” was quite abrupt on our arrival after being shown to our seats by the other waitress who was very pleasant. She asked if we had a reservation as we could have just walked in off the street, then when after serving drinks she never washed her hands or had any gloves on for carving meat. Such a shame she spoiled the experience.

New to the pub but Lauren and Elle were the perfect hosts !!! Elle cooked our Pizza,and honestly,it was the best I've ever tasted !!!!!

Fab place with lovely food. Nice to see a shorter menu instead of pre prepared frozen stuff. Right on the water.

As a party of 21, we weren't expecting such friendly, personal service. Kerry was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was excellent and we were given all the time we needed and never felt rushed. Highly recommend this place.

Very average food, which should probably be expected for the low prices. Had a roast dinner and could tell immediately it wasn’t going to be great. It came out looking like a mass produced school dinner - cheap cuts of meat, with vegetables like you would steam from a frozen bag at home. The roast potatoes were probably the nicest part of the meal. The dessert (chocolate fudge cake) was also not great. You could pick something nicer up for £2 from a supermarket. We were kindly greeted at the door, but our main waitress (blonde/glasses) was pretty darn miserable and unenthusiastic. Would not recommend this place based on the food, though it’s nice and spacious inside, with ample parking.

The redecorated pub is good, the sloopy way the staff dress matches there attitude. No wonder it's not achieving its potential.

Christmas party meals which were ordered a week previous yet on the day half were not available. Totally ruined the day.
