saw the new year in here after a few great visits during the year.we've eaten .enjoyed the live music during the warmer months and spent xmas eve and boxing day with friends for a few drinks. always a great selection and a warm welcome . lovely pub run by lovely people

Last pub visit for 2024. On aarivaknthw beer choice was smaller than expected but during my time there new beers were popping up on the beer list. A good choir in the end. Food, cheesy chips, was probably the worst I have had recently

We ordered a selection of savoury food for 17 people for a family celebration. Sam was very helpful and gave us a lovely choice of food from which to choose. The food was beautifully presented and we all agreed that it was delicious. Don't hesitate to use their outside catering services.

Had a great roast yesterday! Complimentary butternut squash soup to start, both mine and my husbands roasts were amazing! Staff were super friendly and attentive! A local place doing it right!

Very special place. The place is amazing.. very clean and has a great atmosphere. As soon as you step through the door you’re treated extremely well. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food is outstanding. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion.

Just ordered from Drifters for delivery to a remote holiday barn in South Creake, had doubts they would find us but food arrived ahead of time quoted and piping hot. Food was lovely and plenty of it. Thank you

Great friendly restaurant, excellent choices on the menu, with the added bonus of the special on the blackboard, good portion sizes, great tasting food, and the puddings, rice pudding and jam all I can say is wow, 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Lovely breakfast. Had the jetty breakfast and this was very filling. The food was good quality and not greasy. Service was good and very friendly.

We used gift vouchers for four of us to have afternoon tea. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of drinks, including the jasmine tea. Great sandwiches and cakes. Needed a takeaway box for some of the cake. Recommend

Called in for breakfast with my children, we had: the full Horatio’s, tea cake, bacon sandwich and a sausage sandwich. All looked great, my meal was very good, and the coffee was Spectacular! Very clean and pleasant cafe.

The food at the owl is just incredibly delicious! The salads are ever changing and very healthy! I love all of the food as it’s wholesome, healthy & homemade! I’m a regular visitor and it is my go to for takeaway food!

Been here previously but unfortunately it has now ceased trading. As out-of-towners we were unaware of this until a few days before we arrived. What a pity. It will be missed.

The food was very good well cooked and presented, we had to wait for a while before our order was placed, however it's a busy local pub which caters for holiday makers also so this could have been the reason for the wait. Cheerful and pleasant staff, I would certainly eat there again.

Walked in at 14.56, told young girl order, she then said sorry we are not serving coffee now because we close in 4 minutes. If you are open until 15.00 then should be served takeaway hot drinks up until then. No sign to say they stop serving takeaway coffee before they close.

Called into Cafe Main today for lunch. Friendly staff, good service and great crab sandwiches. Highly recommended. Food was fairly priced and well presented.
