The best restaurants serving British food in Orton Waterville Peterborough East of England

We stopped off for a meal on the way home from work. It was a very nice setting and the staff were very helpful. The food was very good.

Absolutely no ambiance We waited in a cold room, apparently called the restaurant, for ages for our food. There was only one other table occupied. Who knows how long the wait would have been if it had been busy! We, 2 of us, ordered dishes to be shared, including chicken goujons. We got 3 goujons .... between 2 of us?? The food came in bowls, we didn't get plates, so used our napkins. The onion rings were greasy, there was no BBQ sauce. Awful place, don't waste your money.

Went in the evening for the festive menu and the food was great. Geraldine was amazing as well! Thank you so much for looking after us ☺️

Chicken screws were nice, soft and juicy! Then restaurant was getting busy and the Seabass with new potatoes were pan fried but a bit over cooked.

Great service and even better food. Came here by chance but would definitely come back. Staff great couldn't do enough for us.
