The best restaurants serving British food in Haggerston Hackney London

Most of the review here tell the same story, all bark no bite. The setting is pleasant, staff are nice enough but the food is bang average & doesn't represent good value in my opinion. There are likely better options locally. I'm told pre-refit it was better? Buttermilk chicken was a redeeming factor but really only took this place from a 2 to a 3 star job.

¿Cuándo fui por última vez? Semanal. Durante años. Dos veces a la semana casi semanas. No tengo idea de lo que la gente va allí. O lo entiendes o eres de otro mundo.

Mi pastel de carne fue excelente. La pastelería en la cima era perfecta y el relleno super jugosa.Tuve la triste en el lado que era perfecta.Y la salsa, Yumi. Lo que un pastel. Yo no he tenido uno de aquellos años.Sin duda volveré.

Would not recommend. Went to this place on New Year’s Eve, drinks were ridiculously expensive and the atmosphere was so off, would’ve explained why it was so empty! They also did not let you back in if you left which is absolutely ridiculous in my eyes.

I’ve been coming here for years it’s always fantastic and the food is always great Stuff is very friendly I strongly recommend

Cool place to spend a few hours with friends and have a chat over a lovely cold beer. This place has got lots of space.

Quite possibly the best night out I've had in a long time. Good simple food to start. Great comedy. Then fun music from the 70s and 80s and 90s to finish. Highly recommend.

I ate their wings 30 minutes later I started throwing up STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE staff are extremely rude too
