The best restaurants serving British food in Harrow London

Zero stars. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food served. Very rude manager and owner. They didn't have ingredients for anything we ordered in the cafe (and still took the order in the first place) and when casually asked "how come you have run out ingredients in the morning?", they rudely replied " It's none of your business" and insulted us into leaving the cafe. Highly recommend avoiding this place as they have no courtesy of treating customers with respect and instead make you feel like they are doing you a favour! There is another cafe next door called The Dolls House on the Hill which is much better from a price, quality and staff perspective!

Terrible customer service. Food was nice but we had snacks and cocktails. Staff member asked us to Leave after we had been there for less than 2 hrs. Seemed more interested in the teenagers smoking shisha than adults who went for food and drinks. Wasn’t happy at all.

Really great service. The food was amazing ecspecially the grilled chicken burger CJ was the best waiter and was really patient :) with us.

I’m regular customer of this costa branch, when you order cappuccino or latte or flat white, its taste the same. Taste only milk very less coffee flavour .The all new barista’s need to learn more about the product how to prepare it. The manager is friendly she does make nice coffee. Please make sure all the coffee should taste as its described. Hope this will make change in future.
