The best restaurants serving British food in Teddington Richmond upon Thames London

David and I had not managed to get to the Flying Cloud Cafe for at least three years. We were much relieved to see it was still there and the cakes were delicious - Kim's Apple Drizzle Cake for us this time. It won't be three years this time!

Stumbled across this place next to the opticians and needed to kill time. Only popped in for a drink and was greeted by lovely staff who offered a broad range of drinks including smoothies and milkshakes and special lattes. The lady recommended a milkshake and I chose the pineapple milkshake. Sounds like an odd choice but this was the best milkshake I’ve ever had. It was perfectly creamy and icy and the pineapple almost made it taste like caramel or something from my childhood. If I could drink this every day for dessert I would. I hope they are open the next time I find myself in the area

The pizza was lovely; we tried the vegetable and the ham and mushroom options. The base and overall flavour were excellent. However, the vegetables let the dish down – they were soggy and not very pleasant. We’d recommend using fresh vegetables instead of roasted ones. With that change, it would easily be a 5-star experience rather than 3.

Great place for brekkie (and pastries/cakes if you’ve got room). Wonderful food and smiley service. Great selection. 👍👍

Almorcé con mi hijo. La comida es deliciosa y lleva los sabores a otro nivel. Este lugar es una joya y el equipo que trabaja allí están llenos de pasión y son cálidos y amables.

Flat white very disappointing.Watery, weak and nothing like a flat white. You can’t just serve a coffee in a different shaped cup and call it a flat white!

Este café es el mejor todo está cocinado a la perfección Me gusta tanto esto No hay nada malo con la comida.

Stopped here for a bit of lunch and a pint after a run in the summer. Food was lovely had a jacket potato which came with a lovely side salad and grilled cheese on top. Will be returning!

Desearía haber leído las críticas antes de entrar en el café campesino en el parque tupido hoy. Pedí la hamburguesa aplastante, vino con papas fritas y ensalada de col. Tanto las papas fritas como la hamburguesa estaban envenenadas con sal, tanta sal que crujía entre mis dientes, absolutamente repugnante
