Excellent food and good value for money. Everyone enjoyed their Turkey Pork and Fish, and absolutely no complaints.Roaring log fire added to the atmosphere, and everyone agreed to try and return soon.

Just called in at lunchtime today for family get together. Staff were very friendly & I loved the atmosphere & Decor of this Pub, what a gem of a place this little village has as their local. I ordered the Steak Pie, chips, veg & gravy which was lovely, my relatives ordered the soup which looked delicious with crusty bun. It was also dog friendly, which I plan to bring mine when I next visit again. Highly recommend.

A warm welcome from Jayne, Malcolm and the team. Homemade and freshly cooked,the food was amazing and great value. We had lasagne and Cumberland sausage.

We were so pleased we called in last Saturday. Lovely roaring fire and a warm welcome. It was lunchtime, so we sat at a table by the fire and ordered Fish pie with vegetables and my husband ordered Cumberland sausage and all the trimmings. A large glass of wine and a pint to wash it down. It was totally delicious and good sized portions. Afterwards he had Carmel sticky toffee pudding and custard and I had home made blackberry and rhubarb crumble with custard. OMG it was so good I could have had another. If only we lived closer we would be there every week. Thankyou for a lovely lunch.
