Nice pub this next to the canal, lots of room and a good atmosphere. A good selection of beers too, with Christmas tipples like mulled wine and ciders too. We had a couple of bar snacks and had the best onion rings In a very very long time, looking forward to coming back and trying other menu items!

The food was delicious and the service was really friendly. Honestly Felicity the general manager couldn't do enough for us. Really enjoyed our meal, definitely will be back!

Food was first class it was a shame we were the only table on a Saturday night. Staff very professional.

Called in on a Saturday evening, very busy but the the staff were good and handled the service well. Definitely one to call in.

Great customer service very fast drinks especially from alex. At one point I started to choke on one of my chips and Alex was there to save me, perhaps he saved my life. Overall very great Alex definitely deserves a raise.

Once we got our table it was in a lovely room with open fire and interesting decor. The food was very tasty and meats cooked to our choice. The home cooked chips were delicious! The service was excellent once we were at our table and the food served with care.
