The best restaurants serving British food in Ashton upon Mersey Trafford North West

Food was lovely, a warm and welcoming atmosphere making you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Would definitely recommend it. Very reasonably priced.

I chose this place as a halfway spot for my friend and I to have breakfast together. The food was lovely. We both had veggie full breakfasts, with generous portions, not at all greasy, loely thick toast and a choice of how we had our eggs Thanks to Flo who cooked, and the other lovely, friendly staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. Top place. Would defo recommend

I don’t know what has happened in the last few weeks but this pub has gone down hill, none of the usual staff are there and then new bar staff are really rude. (Woman with blond dreadlocks in particular) . A nice family were sitting at the table next to us and had 4 or 5 children well behaved and 4 adults , they left and the usual empties and packets of crisps etc were left on the tables, the rude staff said “ew look at the state of this , glad they have gone , let’s get this rubbish sorted” saying it loudly so all other customers heard it. I think the family who left would have been upset to know this is what the staff thought of them . Don’t think there is a manager just now and the staff couldn’t care less about customers
