Our Party of six visited The Sycamore Inn the weekend before Christmas. The pub is beautiful with an ageless charm. The service was fantastic and the food was perfect. Huge main courses, which were very tasty and really good value for the price. The puddings were also stunning and well presented. One of the main reasons for choosing this place was for the vast Gluten Free menu. One member of our party has coeliacs disease and the staff were really on top of it, leading for a worry free night for the guest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend especially for those with Coeliacs

Tuvimos el menú degustador para el almuerzo en Hiraeth como su nuevo restaurante en Cardiff en Cowbridge Road East. La zona ofrece mucho en la cocina de alta calidad, pero Hiraeth se sienta cómodamente entre los primeros de la lista. El personal es atento, amable y acogedor. La comida es emocionante, original y, lo que es crucial, deliciosa. Una excelente adición a Cardiff Culinary Cohort y un restaurante que frecuentaremos en el futuro.

Lovely pub ,really friendly staff and lovely and warm on a cold winter's day , stayed for a few games of dart's with friends then had a lovely evening meal ,steak was delicious and i have to say the ladies loo is pristine ,this always say's a lot about good housekeeping ,will return and recommend .

Delicious meal tonight. Very well presented and large portions. Friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. Would recommend the meals here. Well done chef. Only one blip, the mens toilets smelt . Had to pass them on the way out. The women's were very clean though.

Visited Lunch time Six adults two children We has melon ,soup and crayfish salad for starters the portion were huge the salad and melon beautifully presented were meals in them selves. The mains were well presented we had beef, turkey and pork again large portions on plate plenty of various roasties with plenty of tureen of veg lots of hot gravy and the meal themseves were very hot Usual assortment of desserts again substantial portions. Staff very well presented cheerful and helpful Great day

The best toast sandwich ever, lively hot coffee and amazing views. The staff were warm and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.
