Great breakfast today. Decided to skip the full welsh and opted for the avocado and poached eggs on sourdough. Perfectly poached. Had 2 lattes so on a bit of a coffee high at the moment. Waitress kindly gave me a small jug of hot milk to add to them. The rainbow cake looked fantastic, hope it’s still on the menu next week. Love this place.

This café is such a great place to go have breakfast with your friends and family!! In my opinion the Turkish Borack is my favourite!! You need to go to Daisy love because I love it!

Excellent service and delicious food

We had a family Christmas party here on the weekend and what a fabulous experience it was. We are local to the Bird in Hand so we stayed at home but there were a few others coming from across the UK, and they had lots of compliments for the rooms here. We had our own dining room for the party - at no extra charge which was an added bonus - which meant there was less stress about making too much noise for other guests. The food from their festive menu was delicious and we had a selection of wine on the table for when we arrived - also lovely. The service was fantastic too, everyone very friendly and welcoming. We were the last ones up (having a good catch up!) and although the team were packing down for the evening, they never made us feel like we had to leave. A real skill in itself. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful weekend - everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

La cena del domingo de carne asada fue deliciosa y la salsa excepcional. El personal era amable y servicial, el ambiente era amable y agradable. Muy buena relación calidad-precio y bien vale la pena ir.

What a wonderful spot this is! Warm and cosy. Beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly, fun and welcoming. We were all looked after so well, including our little four legged friends. The food was a delight, the drinks were timely and cocktails delicious. We booked the sofa by the fire for our cocktails before lunch, to warm up after our walk. The chef was happy to alter the menu to accommodate us and even found another dish to suit mum. We just had the best time. Not too expensive either.

Great spot with amazing food, top tier steak. Great evening spent, wonderful place. Will visit again soon in the near future.
