What a find! Really nice pub hidden in a small village. Friendly staff and top quality food. Excellent portions for children too. Would highly recommend

My wife and l stayed over night in our motorhome. We were made very welcome and had a wonderful evening with the locals. The beer was superb, 3 real ales on offer. We had Lasagne to eat while being entertained by live music, on offer two nights a week. What more could you want.

Welcoming, menu was quite exotic and fairly expensive but everyone happy with their food. Homemade bread

Very polite staff accommodated two scruffy walkers for a last minute afternoon tea in their comfortable well decorated lounge - excellent quality food and we weren’t left hungry which is often the case in London where we live. You absolutely get what you pay for, we’ll be visiting again if we’re in the area.

A cosy pub with a great atmosphere. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. There is a small patio garden at the back, which is a nice place to sit when the weather's good. The food is good, especially the scampi.

Once again a very pleasant family lunchtime in a warm friendly atmosphere. Even though the weather was foul, the view from the panoramic dining room window remains majestic. Good food, well-prepared and presented - enjoyed by us all. Many thanks.
