Called in for a snack and drink. Wow, garlic bread and dip delicious, as were the chips. Husband liked Black Bear Pint-I enjoyed a glass of wine. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Cosy pub with friendly staff. Will be back as very enjoyable break from the hectic Christmas time............Thank you to all team at the Martlet Inn xx

Had an absolutely lovely evening here with my husband last night. On arriving we were shown to a table by a friendly member of staff. The table was in a delightful room, nicely decorated and the tables were spread out so we didn’t feel like we were really close to others. Our waitress was exceptionally smiley and friendly. I asked to order from the vegan menu which she brought promptly. I had vegan sausages and mash which was delicious and my husband had a pie which he also enjoyed. A different waitress brought us the desserts board and when our original waitress saw, she made a point of coming over and letting me know the vegan options for desserts. I had vegan apple and blackberry and crumble and my husband had sticky toffee pudding, again, both were fantastic. Everything was also very reasonably priced, especially as the quality of the food was so high. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Came here for the first time today and while the food is very expensive for the portion size(it was child size at best ) it was nice. We came on a Sunday and they do have a limited menu so if you are a fussy eater like me and don’t want a roast I wouldn’t reccomend coming on a Sunday I think it was £16 we paid for just one small roast I personally won’t be back I mean I don’t know what they portion sizes would be like during the week but I don’t think i would risk it.

Outstanding lunch today. Roast beef was melt in the mouth, just enough vegetables (really liked the red cabbage), unlimited Yorkshire puds and a cute gravy jug of delicious gravy. Tempted to try a pudding but chose a mini pud with coffee. Deliciousness despite small (couldn’t have had a larger size though). Excellent service by friendly staff and a lovely, charming restaurant/pub. Thank you Worlds End Pub, will definitely visit again.

Very relaxing atmosphere, really good food and wine. The staff are friendly. Outside seating when the weather is warmer. It has a huge car park. I highly recommend
