The best restaurants serving British food in Hanford and Trentham Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

Very rude staff, asked us to leave because not everyone in our party wanted a drink, I could almost understand if they were busy and had people waiting for a table but it was half empty. Regardless, there is no excuse for rudeness.

Almost £50 for 3 hot drinks, 1 burger, 1 pork roll, and some chips is not the worst of it. The staff failed to take the order correctly, it took close to an hour to arrive at the outdoors table, (inside not wheelchair accessible), staff on duty were friendly, but had no leadership so were seemingly all over the place. Of the 5 parasol areas outside, only one had a working patio heater. Very disapointing and can't see us every returning, plenty of other choices nearby.
