The best restaurants serving British food in England

Great coffee shop/cafe. Breakfast rolls were incredible and the coffee excellent. Big selection of hot drinks, although had I seen the London Fog on the menu I would have had it! Some of the drinks displayed on the TV showing what I assume to be the menu were missing, including the dirty chai.

Dropped in for spinach and feta swirls that were lovely, the coffee was good and the owner very friendly. They do a special, traditional Greek dish every Wednesday

Had a Large Cod and chips, was freshly made Fish, throuly enjoyed, Fish Crispy on the outside, succulent on the inside 😋

First class quality & service! We’ve had the Xmas hamper for 3 years now and it can’t be beaten The turkey crown was the most moist and delicious we’ve ever had. So please support local producers and boycott the ripoff supermarkets!

I ordered a “mega” breakfast, I think that was a push definitely needed more than a scoop of beans portion sizes and presentation were pretty poor however the actual food and items on it were delicious

What a little gem of a pub! It’s got some old bones(not just customers) ran by some amazing people! Deffo needs to be shared around and visited by all!!

Amazing Sunday lunch - homemade tasty hot food , staff all attentive nothing was too much trouble . Would highly recommend this restaurant for a tasty treat x

The last 12 months, the meals have got smaller and the prices have got higher. Not bad food but all other chippys are so much cheaper with bigger portions.

just picked up fish n chips @ 7.20pm tonight. I will say best fish & chips I've had by far in a very long time. Thankyou to the lady owner, & the server young lady. we will be back from Humberston. thankyou xxx
