The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Ipswich East of England

The food was an hour late. We called to see where it was and they sounded very stressed and said give him 5 minutes. The car arrived almost immediately after I had called, but the driver through just eat said he had trouble finding the house. We have ordered serval times before and also we have a lit up number on out house! The food was stone cold. We called to say it was cold, but the attitude of the restaurant was they were 'very busy', the food was 'freshly cooked' and they argued with us. We concluded we would not order from them again. Very disappointed and had to re-heat the food.

Would love to give 0 stars but can't. Made an order to be collected at 7.45. There was 8 people waiting for their food, gave it a chance as it was Christmas eve. Waited for 2 hours, in that time I was told the food is being cooked now and should be ready within the next 10 mins. At 9.45 I was told the ticket was not even printed, so not only was I lied too, I am now hungry and infuriated.

Worst chips I ever seen and half portion of bbq ribs,don’t know how they dare serve them. waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery

Seaweed was awful, like a child made it. Fried greens covered in white sugar, 0 out of 10. Beef in blackbean sauce dry as dust, beef good quality but no sauce 5/10. Crispy belly pork, crispy beef and fried rice 10/10. Seaweed was a joke!

Takeaway here is amazing. The tofu dishes are great. The rice is super generous. The dumplings seem homemade

Quick delivery, about half an hour from the call which is great! Food was hot and tasted good! Driver was nice!

Duck is nice but the mixed hors d'oeuvres were a complete rip off . For two you get 4 prices of prawn toast, 4 tiny spring rolls, 2 ribs and seaweed for £16!!

I'm so disappointed I actually read the reviews coz I'm new to the area and I actually believed them. It was awlful, dry, salty, greasy, noodles over cooked and bland, the ribs so DRY took me ages to chew! I spent over £100 n what a waste! Even the sweet n sour sauce tasted off! Who actually cooked this?? Like I'm not even Chinese n I make a way better spread than this! I'm actually so annoyed to the point where I want to personally talk to the chef and ask them if they've actually given up...? Had to throw 80% of the food away coz was inedible and also infested with way too much bamboo. Will never order from here again!

Had a delivery this evening for the first time. Duck and rice was lovely, wish there had been more duck. Also had sweet and sour chicken balls. The batter was too thick and the chicken bits were small. Probably wouldn’t order those again. Delivery was quick and food was hot

My goto Chinese. Good food at a fair price and great customer experience. Tried other Chinese restaurants in stowmarket before finding this one. No I go nowhere else.

Dining here is like living on the edge, but hey, isn’t that what life’s about? 5 stars for the thrill and the chow mein!
