The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Gateshead North East

Updated review ..Used this takeaway for 20 yrs.The food has been very very nice(until about 3yrs ago).. Looks like recent change of staff late 2023. They have modernised it with new menu. Some items are great (eg pizza box) . Just had special fried rice and 9" box which was nice and the gravy is very nice. Also the garlic mushrooms are nice. They make my favourite Peking sauce(nobody else comes close)Dropped 1 star 3 years ago but now back to 5 stars. Staff very friendly and give free gifts all the time. My new favourite meal is the salt and pepper box. And they make the best prawn crackers.

Hemos estado muchas veces y no puedo entender las malas críticas, nunca tenemos un problema que siempre recopilamos, pero a tiempo y ordenamos la calidad de la comida correcta. Ajustarán los ingredientes si preguntas cuál es genial para nosotros.

Unbelievable best chips in the north east

It was last year when We decided to eat here.. Me my partner and my disabled Daughter 6 years old with swallowing problems and can only eat few and soft foods She can’t even finished one plate and they still charged us adults full price for my daughter. We so annoyed and called for manager She was very very rude told us you can eat any as you want and you don’t want to pay full price for your child and I replied I’m not happy for charging my daughter full price when She can’t even finish one full plate, We won’t going back anymore and She replied Ok that’s fine. Absolutely disgusting Lady manager very very rude.

Order never arrived- don’t bother ordering from here. Woman on phone a complete waste of time. Absolute disgrace

I am dreading tomorrow morning. Just had the worst Chinese meal in mm life from here. The ribs were swimming in a tasteless sauce, The Satay skewers were the same and disgusting so went in the bin, tasted nothing like satay sauce. The house special honey and chilli sauce was disgusting and went in the bin. The only decent thing was the prawn crackers which were free.

Una hora y 40 minutos para recibir una comida para llevar £18 fría, ni disculpas ni explicación, cuando llamé me dijeron que estaban cortos de pilotos, pero no pude recoger, ya que el conductor había dejado. Envié un correo electrónico, pero sin respuesta. Comida fría no es genial
