New owners took over absolutely disgusting rang up to complain because I never rang last night they can't do nothing about it paid £30 and everything no taste gravy thick and wet over noodles special fried rice which they said was like photo in menu nothing at all like it it was brown not white prawn toast was quarter bits of bread .egg fo Yung was a brownie colour .so it just says new owners .well I don't think that will work well if they don't do something about there food I give them no stars

Always amazing food, don’t even live in the area but always a highlight of going to visit family!

Curry sauce was runny, Szechuan mixed meats was spicy but vegetable wise full of onion and leek, no peppers.

order was delivered 15-2o minutes after I pressed order on my keypad, super efficient supply and distribution

Im not 1 for leaving reviews however this deserves one. ordered food i have always used this chinese however it must have changed owners. since this change ive noticed food is Very poor no flavour just totally bland . so i changed to sea palace 5 stars to sea palace park view whitley bay however its a tuesday and there closed and my mother fancied a chinese . So unwillingly i agreed to order from this dreaded place again . the food turned up after 1hr 15 mins . it was dark at door i paid and took inside not noticing the stream of coca cola leaking out the bottom of the bag . hallway carpet drenched . food was soaking and damp as had been in the bag an hour everything soggy . i rang up and said the coca cola was punctured . and food was soggy . the guy just said Sorry its not may fault . i must have punctured it when i opened the bag . well i explained it was leaking out from the front door to kitchen . he just said it must have been delivery driver and its not his fault although delivery driver works for them . So in end i got in my car and took it back . got no appologie nothing got a refund as i demanded it . I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND ADVISE PEOPLE READING TO USE ALTERNATIVE as meantioned above AS THIS CHINESE TAKEAWAY HAS CHANGED OWNERS AND IT IS NOW VERY POOR BAD ATTITUDED AND TERRIBLE FOOD AND DELIVERY TIMES OVERALL A TOTAL LOSS VERY HUNGRY AND VERY VERY UNHAPPY PS coca cola was very Warm aswell an indication it had been next to HOT food for a long time Pure S***te

Hemos utilizado esto muchas veces en el pasado y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema, pero cuando llamé por teléfono esta noche a las 6 pm y pedí un poco más de £ 18 . Tuve que volver a llamar dos veces y preguntar si mi pedido estaba en camino... y ella explicó que habían empleado a un nuevo conductor y que se había perdido... y la segunda vez dijeron que lo volverían a hacer y lo enviarían directamente... así que cuando finalmente llegó justo antes de las 9 de la noche de hoy llamamos por tercera vez... para decir que era demasiado tarde para comer ahora... ya que mi esposa está discapacitada y también es diabética... y dijo que tenía una buena mente para pedir una comida gratis por esto y la mujer no se disculpó... se rió pensando que era una broma y dijo que le dirá a su jefe... no puedo creer que hubiera ni siquiera una disculpa... de hecho, será muy decepcionante. 🙁🙁

Best freshed much box had . Well worth it

My first and probably my last visit to this Chinese The guy on the front counter as zero personality and wants to learn how to treat customers. I personally thought my Chinese food was expensive compared to other Chinese takeaways in the area. The chips were very hard and dry,seemed to be a day old but apart from that the rest of the Chinese food was very nice. No free prawn crackers with the meal.

Gorgeous food which arrived piping hot. Will definitely order again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! tiny portions and very poor quality food if you want a Chinese full of flavour and large portions go to wonderful Chinese just around the corner on park road and save your self the disappointment!!!!

I really really wanted this to be awesome. I'm a massive fan of the restaurant and had really hoped this would live up to that standard. Sadly it didn't. Received notification that the food was ready six minutes before the allocated pick-up time. Given the pickup slot was half an hour then that already was a poor experience. Means the food is packed up and potentially under a hot lamp which isn't ideal. If i'm late that's on me but the food being ready early is not. Ordered the Geisha box and it was exactly that - food in a flimsy cardboard box with a bit of foil. Really impractical for a takeaway as next to no thermal insulation, it wasn't even corrugated like a pizza box. That meant the food in the box was cold or lukewarm by the time i travelled the 7mins home. Conversely the chicken and noodles were still boiling hot. The salt and chilli chicken and salt and chilli fries were bland with next to no seasoning anywhere near them. The huge bag of truffle fries also had no truffle flavour at all. The standout in the box were the ribs and the Geisha KFC both of which were excellent. Overall, a really disappointing and expensive meal that did not deliver the Geisha at home experience.

I live in flat and the delivery man could not be bothered to deliver to the door he should if I payed for delivery I have to go downstairs to collect it.

Terrible, just ordered for delivery and honestly shocked at the portion sizes for the amount we've paid. Very upsetting compared to other restaurants out there. Won't be recommending, total rip off.
