The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Thanet South East

Order from here regularly and always very popular with my family. Yummy dishes and very reasonably priced. We love the curry sauce flavour that is unique and full of flavour. Always accommodating to any requests we have and never have to wait very long for our order. Some of our favourite dishes are chicken balls, salt and chilli chicken and chicken chow mein.

Ordered and was told 1 hour wait , we were happy to accept this order. Food arrived and when my son poured some on his plate the oil swam out of the container before any sauce, the chicken balls were swimming in oil in the bag and the satay sauce was also topped with oil, when I called to let them know I was told ok will do better next time! I explained it was not edible and they could collect it or I would return it, I was told no refund as it’s a £60 order and we can have 10% off next time, I tried to explain what customer service was and having ordered here for over 20 years( aware it has changed hand and telephone staff) I’ve never had to complain. I also stated £6 off when £60 of food was not edible was an insult, and quite frankly do not wish to order from them again, I was told ok sorry to lose you as a customer and hung up on me. I will be returning this food on my way to my night shift and never returning, I accept busy nights things get complacent but rudeness and manners cost nothing

I ordered a delivery includes ribs noodles rice and chicken satay all the food was fine apart from the RIBS I paid £6.60 for. However there was no meat on the bones. I paid for a box of BONES. When I called to ask why there was no meat on my ribs they were very rude and told me that that’s just how they come. So I continued to ask for a refund on the ribs and they declined as that’s just how the ribs come apparently! I EILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT MEAN ON UR RIBS THEN I SUGGEST GOING TO A DIFFERENT CHINESE !!!! i am very disappointed.

Food quality was poor, cheap produce and lacked authenticity in flavour’s & cuisine. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

I started being a customer here tonight for the first time and the people who work her and the dellivery drivers are very friendly encluding the service spot on deffo coming here again, and food amazing xxxx

My first time coming here (dispute living very locally) Outstanding food and the service was great. We took our own bag and the staff member repacked our order so it could fit in our bag perfectly. Well packaged and a really fair price

Nice big portions. Taste is good as well but I was surprised to learn that they didn’t make chilli oil. Very unusual for a Chinese takeaway for not having such basic item.

This place has got to be the worst Chinese takeaway on the island. The food is awful. They use LUNCHEON MEAT! in some of the dishes and cheap ingredients to bulk the dishes out. This place replaced 'The great wall' which was amazing. There is nothing Yummy about this place.

Our last experiences have been really good but this time they sent us a special chow mein literally full of pieces of pork rib bone and gristle! They've obviously used yesterday's leftover ribs for today's food (we ordered early in the evening) and they chopped up the bones too. Last time we use them, unfortunately, as that has never happened before with any Chinese takeaway. Edit: We tried them one more time! Delivery was late, the food was really bland. Never again and this time I mean it.

We visited this restaurant prior to going to a concert in Margate, one of the noodle dishes we ordered had a serious lack of noodles despite being a noodle dish, we mentioned this to the lady serving us but she just said sorry 💁🏻 When I come to paying the bill we mentioned this again about it but was faced with a very rude and disproving manager, Hence we will not return.

They still do an excellent Kung Po and the service is good. If you nip in to order it can take a while as they get very busy with deliveries and phone orders.

If could leave no stars I would. Was over an hour for delivery, then food turned up cold. Not even like warm but cold so all like jelly. Then realised a fish misting so called and meet by a rude man saying item would be redelivered. 40 mins later dish arrived again cold. The food was disgusting. Chow mien was just noodles and the rest was inedible. Tried to get a refund from Uber but couldn’t. Avoid this place. Worst Chinese in Thanet! Spent over £50 for just Tupperware. Go elsewhere
