The best restaurants serving Chinese food in South West

Absolutely appalling front of house service, the young lady with brown hair intentionally tried to overcharged us even after the price being confirmed over the phone when this was raised she could not of been any ruder, what ever charm school she attended I think she should have her money back - I'm more than happy for the owners to respond as I'd personally like to reiterate the importance of front of house customer service especially when using somewhere for the first time, Bitterly yours.

Excellent Chinese Takeaway! Fancied trying the Peking Chinese earlier this evening for a change, and it was really lovely food, couldn’t fault it. Also brilliant quick and friendly service, we will be coming back :-)

Ive not long lived this way and have been trying various chineses out, I ordered from here last night and I can honestly say don't waste your time or money. My meal that cost £50 had the most odd taste to it, pork balls were beyond dry and had an odd taste that has repeated on me today and has made me feel ill all day. I can honestly say the food was not up to the standard it is still sitting in my fridge you can have it back if you like. I will not be ordering from here again. Don't waste your money, the worst I've had by far.

Amazing experience, Robert’s noodle was delicious if a bit hard to swallow but well worth it.

The lady up front is RUDE. Eat elsewhere they don’t deserve to be in this shopping center with their attitudes. Don’t order online they won’t cook it until you arrive. And you have to pay for condiments for you RICE

Waste of time complaining about food at lido chef radstock had chicken chop suey just chicken and bean sprouts. This is Not chop suey it’s chicken and bean sprouts. The chef or rather cook needs training a complete Rip off pancake roll soggy probably microwaved. Was going to say he should check out Chinese cooking but it’s American (by a chinaman) Still the worst English Chinese takeaway ever had. Will Definitely Not Be Going Again

Ordered from this place a few times, on one occasion they told me they could not deliver and the last time the food took a lifetime to arrive and was cold ! And not very nice . They didn’t even care about it when I called them! Never again and the hygiene score is extremely poor avoid !

The meat is not fresh and it seems that they have recycled it 3 times already. Everything just doesn't taste good. We ate a quarter of the meal and threw the rest away.

Terrible service, terrible food. The owner was so disrespectful and so rude. Will never recommend anyone ordering from there.

Ordered mixed vegetables in black bean sauce, given some kind of sweet and sour sauce instead, not sure if a mistake or if they think you wouldn't know the difference, was not nice but couldn't be bothered to drive back and argue. Spare ribs tough, quite difficult to cut - rather than falling off the bone as they should be and the bbq sauce was poor quality. Hard to get chow mein and fried rice too wrong and these were adequate. Felt a bit rough after eating - tell tale sign of older reheated food passed off as fresh. Been a few years and thought I would give them another chance as Golden Wok closed on a Tuesday, but won't be back, Golden Wok up the road is far better quality for my money.

Don't take card payments on delivery. In this digital age that's extremely dodgy and unacceptable

The sweet and sour chicken sausages (can't call them balls) were nice, but the sauce was bland. The chips were awful, dry and powdery like they'd been reheated numerous times. We were on holiday at a caravan park so had to rely on reviews.

Other reviews are full of sh!t, best chinese takeout ive ever had. Everything is very well seasoned and cooked to perfection, never had a bad experience. Bunch of haters.

So far we have tried several Chinese takeaway and this one is the best one so far would give it a 5 star if they could guarantee a driver every day
