The best restaurants serving Chinese food in West Midlands

Food lovely, but takes too long to be delivered and staff give exaggerated time scales, ordered at 6.45pm, delivered for 10.20pm, wasn't a big order. Sadly will now be looking for a new takeaway as waiting for hours as become a regular occurrence here

Rung for takeaway at 6.00. Arrived at 8.05. Not very warm . Rang twice to ask where meal was and lady quite abrupt. Our wedding anniversary meal ruined. Flyer through door said free prawn crackers on order over £10. Did not happen.

Food is awful, flavourless bland and just vile. The crispy duck wasn't crispy is was fatty and horrible! The salt and pepper chips were burnt and thin. Do better, very disappointed

Took nearly 2 hours for our food to arrive. Food is nice but delivery is not always exact or takes longer than usual.

Un gran restaurante chino con buena comida y personal amable helpfu. Las comidas se sirvieron con prontitud y eficiencia y el personal fue muy atento. Los precios son muy razonables. Una excelente experiencia en general.

Cash only with ATM right next to it 10% off if pay by chinese people... I don't get it, why my white guy friend didn't get the discount while dining with me? Authentic food, though I find it too rich for my sensitive stomach Milktea options on site but no tapioca

Great takeaway, on holiday, called in only 20 min wait for food, special chow mein, special fried rice, s&s king prawn balls, crispy chilli beef, salt and pepper ribs, absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had. Would definitely go again next time we sare in the area

I've got to be ,to the point with this one....the beef in the curry was poor quality I thought I'd give it ago after along while of not having it. On the plus side my wife enjoyed her plain chow mein.

Have used Tin House for many, many years. Superb food, good delivery. However, tonight we ordered our takeaway at 6.10pm & was told it would be delivered at 7.45pm. Longer than usual we thought, but it is a Saturday night……..However, food had still not arrived by 8.15pm. We phoned & staff said they had a shortage of drivers & food was still on the premises. They promised they would deliver by 8.45pm. At 8.50pm we phoned & asked for our money back. This is such a shame as the food & service are usually very good. They should have explained to us in the first place the shortage of drivers instead of taking our order ( & our money) when obviously they had no intention or realistic chance of fulfilling their promised delivery time. If they cannot fulfil their delivery approx time they should not take the order in the first place.

Tuvimos una comida para llevar. Mi comida - Pollo crujiente en Cointreau y salsa de naranja, fue terrible. El pollo era tan duro y tieso. No podía comerlo.

The Rainbow is now Bagus Bagus UK and was closed, despite the website stating it was open. No explanation of this change in name was available especially when it now appears to have a peculiar name.

Walked in for a take away….initially ignored at the desk…informed of a wait..fair enough. Collected the food…awful. Stodgy rice, dry chicken, noodles terrible…..non of it appeared particularly fresh. Will not return. Much better elsewhere. Very very disappointing indeed..
